چکیده | ||
تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر بهبود الگوسازی و ایجاد نمادهای فرهنگی در ورزش همگانی طراحی و اجرا گردید. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نظر شیوه گردآوری دادهها توصیفی- پیمایشی و براساس رویکرد تحقیق، آمیخته بود. جامعهی آماری را در بخش کیفی، نخبگان و صاحبنظران حوزه مدیریت و آگاه به موضوع تحقیق و در بخش کمی متخصصان امر تشکیل دادند. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه و مصاحبههای نیمهساختارمند بود. جهت بررسی دادهها در بخش کیفی از کدگذاری و در بخش کمی از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها در نرمافزارهای SPSS نسخه 20 و Smart PLS نسخه 2 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که فعالیتهای فرهنگی، مسائل آموزشی، فعالیتهای اجتماعی، مسائل نظارتی، مسائل ماهیتی، مسائل اخلاقی و نمادسازی بهعنوان مؤلفههای کلیدی در جهت بهبود الگوسازی فرهنگی در ورزش همگانی تأثیرگذار هستند که در این میان عوامل فرهنگی، آموزشی و اجتماعی نقش برجستهتری ایفا میکنند. | ||

The aim of this study is to investigate the effective factors on improving modeling and creating cultural symbols in public sports. It is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method and mixed based on research approach. The statistical population consisted of elites and experts in the field of management aware of the subject of the research in the qualitative part and experts in the quantitative part.The tools of the study included questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Coding was used to examine the data of the qualitative part and the structural equation method was used in the quantitative part. Data analysis was performed in SPSS software version 20 and Smart PLS version 2. The results showed that cultural activities, educational issues, social activities, regulatory issues, nature issues, ethical issues and symbolism should be identified as key components to improve cultural modeling in public sports that among which cultural, educational and social factors play a more prominent role. | ||
