| Abstract | ||
| In government organizations, the productivity of human resources and their sustainability are very important. Since these organizations are responsible for providing public services and meeting the needs of citizens, using the tactics of applying power and organizational participation is very vital to improve the performance and sustainability of human resources. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to identify the factors of tactics of exercising power and organizational participation, durability and productivity of human resources in the government organizations of Kerman province and to present its model. This research was conducted by conducting semi-structured interviews with 15 experts including senior managers and faculty members through targeted sampling to collect data. Then they were analyzed using thematic analysis method. Reliability was checked and verified using the method of two coders and open reliability of the test. | ||
