| چکیده | ||
| کار آفرینی بعدی مهمی از عملکرد سازمان است که انتظار میرود نظامهای مدیریت منابع انسانی بر آن اثر بگذارند. سازمانها در موقعیتهایی قرار دارند که گرایش به سمت فعالیتهای کارآفرینانه برای آنها امری ضروری است. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین مدل ارتباطی مدیریت منابع انسانی قابلیتگرا با چابکی کارآفرینی و هوشیاری کارآفرینانه در وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع مطالعات همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کارکنان، کارشناسان، مدیران و معاونان ستادی وزارت ورزش کشور به تعداد 970 نفر میباشد که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده تعداد 296 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازهگیری شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مدیریت منابع انسانی قابلیتگرا، پرسشنامه چابکی کارافرینی کارابی (2012)، پرسشنامه هوشیاری کارآفرینانه تانگ و همکاران (2012) بود. روایی آن مورد تأیید و ضریب پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 948/0، 909/0، 908/0 به دست آمد. به منظور تحلیل استنباطی دادههای جمع آوری شده از نرم افزار Smart PLS 4 استفاده شد. نتیجهی آزمون فرضیات در سطح اطمینان 95/0 نشان میدهد که: مدیریت منابع انسانی قابلیتگرا میتواند بصورت مثبت و معناداری چابکی کارآفرینی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان را پیش بینی کند (001/0- p=695/4t=)، مدیریت منابع انسانی قابلیتگرا میتواند بصورت مثبت و معناداری هوشیاری کارآفرینی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان را پیش بینی کند (001/0- p=339/3t=). بنابراین میتوان گفت که چناچه در وزارت ورزش و جوانان مدیریت منابع انسانی قابلییت محور باشد کارافرینی در وزرات خانه چابکتر و نسبت به تغییرات درونی و بیرونی هوشیارتر میباشد | ||

| Entrepreneurship is the next important aspect of the organization's performance, which is expected to be influenced by various types of human resource management. organizations are in situations where the tendency towards entrepreneurial activities is essential for them. so this paper aims to study the developing a communication model capability Based human resource management with entrepreneurial agility and entrepreneurial alertness at the ministry of sport and youth. the research method is descriptive and correlational study. The statistical population of this research is all There are 970 employees, experts, managers, and deputy staff members of the ministry of sports, of which 296 people were selected as a sample using a simple random sampling method. The measurement tool included a researcher-made questionnaire for cpability based human resource management, questionnaire for entrepreneurial agility by Kharabe (2012) and an entrepreneurial alertness questionnaire by Tang et al (2012). Its validity was verified and the reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.948, 0.909, 0.908 respectively. In order to inferential analysis of collected data used Smart PLS 4 software. The result of hypothesis testing in 95% confidence level results show that: capability based human resource management can positively and significantly predict entrepreneurial agility in the Ministry of Sports and Youth (p=0.001, t=4.695). capability based human resource management can positively and significantly predict entrepreneurial alertness in the ministry of sports and Youth (t=3.339-p=0.001). because in the ministry of sports and youth, human resource management is based on ability, entrepreneurship in the ministry of home affairs is more agile and more alert to internal and external changes. | ||
