چکیده | ||

چکیده [English] | ||
The purpose of this research was to Identifying challenges and providing effective solutions for the management of the elderly in participating in sports and physical activity. The present PJ.Hash was of applied and exploratory type. The statistical community in this research included researchers, experts and experts in sports science, doctors and managers of organizations related to the field of geriatrics. The samples were purposefully selected for in-depth and semi-structured interviews and the interviews continued until the theoretical saturation stage, theoretical saturation was achieved after interviewing 35 people. Data analysis was done based on qualitative method. The results of the research showed that 27 open codes for challenges were defined in the form of 4 main components, which included: social and cultural barriers, perceived benefit barriers, medical barriers, and information barriers. Also, 28 open codes were defined to provide solutions in the form of 3 main components, which include: planning and educational solutions, social-cultural solutions, and medical-information solutions. According to the present research, it is concluded that the effective challenges directly or indirectly cause the elderly people to be less inclined to exercise and physical activity in the country. Therefore, measures such as planning and education, social and cultural, medical and information solutions can have a greater impact on the participation of the country's elderly in sports and physical activity.
