چکیده [English] | ||
Since the purpose of the research is to measure the thoughts, attitudes, beliefs and perceptions of the officials of the sports and youth organization of Tehran province, the most appropriate solution is a systematic combined study such as the Q method. Descriptive-explanatory purpose is done with qualitative-quantitative approach. The primary tool for data collection was the Q questionnaire. The participants were 56 university professors and organizational experts related to the subject under study, and the purposeful sampling method was used to select them. The findings show 8 subject categories. Based on the level of agreement, it can be said that the factor of participation in knowledge production has the highest level of agreement with 27.70%, followed by the factor of knowledge management of human resources with 5.23%, the factor of using new technologies with 4.30% and the factor Social capital with 4.30 percent. Knowledge-based economic development factor with 4.20 percent, large-scale database factor with 1.73 percent, and knowledge feedback mechanism creation factor with 1.43 percent were placed in the next categories, respectively. In this article, we have taken a closer look at this innovative model and examined the ways in which it transforms the sports and youth sector of Tehran province. From education to outreach and collaboration with the community, all key elements of this powerful new approach to sports and youth development have been explored.
