چکیده [English] | ||
The purpose of the research is to present a proposed and practical model of dashboard management in the visualization of clinical, care and health information to improve the quality of services to patients in the health system. : This research is an applied study and has been investigated in an exploratory-mixed manner in two qualitative and quantitative parts. The meta-synthesis technique and Delphi panel were used to collect data and structural equations and Lisrel software were used to analyze the findings. The statistical population includes 12 experts and faculty members of key organizations in the health system who were selected through a questionnaire. The validity of the article is face-content and its reliability is intra-subject and based on the analysis of four indicators: Holst coefficient (0.865), p-Scott index (0.805), Cohen's kappa index (0.844) and Krappendorff alpha (0.824). In the qualitative stage, 10 main components were identified, which are: equipment management, financial resource management, visualization, human resource management, diagnosis, organizational needs assessment, time management, dashboard features, information transparency, and decision-making optimization. The result of measuring the indicators of each component is at a confidence level of 5% and the t-value is greater than 1.96, which indicates a significant correlation of the findings. This study, using coherent and categorized information using dashboard management, can be useful in improving the quality of clinical, care, and health services for patients, and in the performance and macro-decision-making in the health system, as well as a reference for future studies in this field.
