The target population consisted of faculty members from Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman, among whom 14 individuals with relevant knowledge and experience in service-oriented universities were purposefully (snowball sampling) selected. Sampling was conducted gradually until data saturation was reached. The data collection instrument utilized was a semi-structured interview. In the qualitative data analysis, Strauss and Corbin's coding system was employed to generate initial categories.
