چکیده | ||

چکیده [English] | ||
The aim of the present study is to identify the challenges and opportunities facing specialized libraries by using artificial intelligence. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative method based on the Delphi technique and interview. The statistical population includes 30 academic staff, researchers who have worked in universities and research institutions. Each of these people introduced another person. And finally, 16 experts answered the questionnaire. The data collection tool is interview and conducting a library review of previous research, reputable sites. Data analysis was performed based on Excel software. Based on the views of 16 experts and based on the average of the 5-point Likert scale, any item with an average of less than 0.5 was eliminated and finally, 7 indicators were eliminated and the remaining indicators were sent to the panel again. And the experts' responses were analyzed once again and finally 32 final indicators remained. According to the results of the third round of Delphi, important challenges and opportunities for using artificial intelligence in specialized libraries were identified. The results showed that in order to effectively exploit the opportunities of artificial intelligence in specialized libraries and overcome existing challenges, careful planning, provision of appropriate financial resources, and awareness raising for users and staff are essential. Also, scientific research will play an important role in identifying new solutions and optimizing the use of these technologies in libraries.
