| Abstract | ||
| A B S T R A C T In this study, using the tight-binding approximation and the recursive Green's function, the effect of changing the nanoribbon width and temperature on the thermoelectric properties of the MoS2 and WTe2 based system was investigated in a preferred configuration. Thermoelectric properties such as electrical conductivity, thermoelectric power or Seebeck coefficient, thermal conductivity, efficiency coefficientwere calculated. The effect of the width of the nanoribbons and temperature in this configuration on the thermoelectric properties was investigated. The results show that greater thickness creates the most desirable thermoelectric properties. | ||
