| چکیده | ||
| هر روش، از مبانی، آغاز و بر اساس قواعد و قوانینی کاربردی که از خطا در اصل تفسیر و روش تفسیر جلوگیری کرده و به بهره‌گیری از منابع پرداخته تا تفسیری قانونمند و روشمند ارائه دهد. در ساختار روش تفسیر، قواعد به دو قسم عام و خاص تقسیم می‌شوند. قواعد عام، خطای در اصل تفسیر را کاهش داده ولی در مصونیت روش و گرایش تفسیری از خطا نقش ندارند و قواعد خاص، قوانینی‌اند که به حرکت درست مفسر در مرز روش و گرایش تفسیری‌اش از خطا مصونیت می‌بخشند. در این مقاله، پس از بررسی جایگاه قواعد در ساختار نظامند روش تفسیر، با پژوهشی در تفسیرهای آیت الله خامنه‌ای، برخی از اقسام قواعد عام که تقسیم جامع و مانعی از آنها ارائه نگردیده، معرفی شده‌اند. این قواعد نشان می‌دهند که تفسیر آیت الله خامنه‌ای علیرغم روزآمدی، قانونمند نیز هست. این قواعد عبارتند از: لغتِ قرآن محوری، قرینه محوری، منبع محوری و اصول محوری. | ||

| Each method, starting from the basics and based on practical rules and regulations that reduce the error in the principle of interpretation and method of interpretation, uses resources to provide a legal and methodical interpretation. In the structure of the method of interpretation, the rules are divided into general and specific types. The general rules reduce the error in the principle of interpretation, but do not play a role in the immunity of the method and the tendency of interpretation from error. And special rules are the rules that protect the correct movement of the interpreter at the border of her method and her interpretive tendency from error. In this article, after examining the place of rules in the systematic structure of the method of interpretation, with a study of Ayatollah Khamenei's interpretations, some types of general rules have been introduced that have not been comprehensively divided and prevented. Ayatollah Khamenei's interpretation of the rules, despite being up-to-date, is also legal. These rules are: Quran-centered word, symmetrical-centered, source-centered and principles-centered. | ||
