| چکیده | ||
| قرآن کریم، معجزه جاوید، و بحری کامل و جامع از معارف و آموزه های خداشناسی، هستی شناسی و انسان شناسی برای همة عالمیان است که ضرورت تلاش شایسته حداکثری محققان را در راه تحصیل و استخراج دستور العمل ها و ارائة راهکارهای عملی آن به جامعة علمی را می طلبد. روش تحقیق موضوعی در قرآن کریم و بررسی راهبردهای مدیریتی پیامبران اولوالعزم در هدایت مخاطبان خود، ائم از حاکمان ستمگردر عرصۀ زر و زور و تزویر، قوم و مردم زمان خویش، سبکی جذّاب و کاربردی است و یکی از ضروریّات عصر حاضر به شمار می رود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی راهبردهای حضرت موسی (ع) در رهبری قوم بنی اسرائیل انجام شده است. این تحقیق از حیث هدف، کاربردی است و از روش توصیفی، تحلیلی و با بهره گیری از منابع کتابخانه ای انجام شده است. حضرت موسی (ع)، با بهرهگیری از ظرفیتهای فردی و نیز اتخاذ تدابیر و راهبردهای مناسب که مشتمل بر سه راهبرد تعلیمی، تربیتی و زمینه‌ای است، زمینههای تعلیم و تربیت الهی را برای بنی اسرائیل و سایر پیروانش فراهم نموده است. هنر انبیا این است که استعدادهای ذاتی و موهبتی الهی خویش را به فعلیت رسانده‌اند. در حقیقت ادارۀ جامعه توسط پیشوای الهی در حوزۀ تشریع، تجلی ولایت تکوینی الهی بر انسانها است و نتیجه اینکه کامیابی‌های جامعه محصول تبعیت از حاکم الهی و ناکامی‌های آن نیز، حاصل عدم اطاعت از ایشان است. | ||

| The Holy Qur'an is an eternal miracle and a complete and comprehensive sea of knowledge and teachings of theology, ontology and anthropology for all scholars who demand the necessity of the maximum efforts of researchers in the way of studying and extracting recipes and presenting practical solutions to the scientific community. The method of thematic research in the Holy Qur'an and the examination of the management strategies of the first and foremost prophets in guiding their audiences, imams from the oppressive rulers of wealth and power, the people and people of their time, is an attractive and practical style and is considered one of the necessities of the present age. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the management strategies of Prophet Moses. This research was done using descriptive, analytical method and using library resources. Hazrat Musa, by taking advantage of his individual capacities and adopting appropriate measures and strategies, which includes three educational, training and contextual strategies, has provided the fields of divine education and training for the children of Israel and his other followers The art of the prophets is that they have actualized their inherent talents and divine gifts. In fact, the administration of the society by the divine leader in the field of legislation is the manifestation of the divine guardianship over humans and the result is that the successes of the society are the result of obeying the divine ruler and its failures are also the result of not obeying him | ||
