| صنایع کوچک و مولد با وجود اینکه از نظر ماهیت و اندازه همگن نیستند اما بهصورت مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم به دلیل امکان انعطافپذیرتر بودنشان نسبت به صنایع بزرگ و سهولت تغییر در فرایندهای تولید و استفاده از نوآوریها در ایجاد مشاغل، تولید درآمد، جذب نیروی کار، توزیع ثروت و کاهش فقر به توسعه پایدار اقتصادی مناطق و جوامعِ کمک میکنند. در همین راستا مطالعه حاضر به ارزیابی کارایی صنعت طیور و تأثیر آن در توسعه پایدار اقتصادی شهرهای استان مازندران پرداخته است. این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی بوده که با استفاده از روش پیمایش در استان مازندران اجرا گردید. دادههای این تحقیق با استفاده از روشهای اسنادی و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در بین 40 نفر از نخبگان اقتصادی شاغل در بخش صنعت طیور و صنایع وابسته اجرا گردید. دادههای تحقیق با استفاده از روشهای CCR، BCR، آنتروپی شانون و آزمون تی یکطرفه مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بیشترین کارایی درکل استان مازندران به ترتیب مربوط به مرغ اجداد، گوشتی و مادر بوده، رتبهبندی کارایی اقتصادی پرورش مرغ گوشتی مزرعه استان مازندران (به لحاظ نژاد مرغ)، بیشترین کارایی را به ترتیب در نژاد راس، کاپ و آرین مشاهده شد. نتایج آنتروپی شانون نشان داد که به ترتیب مرغ مادر، مرغ گوشتی، مرغ بومی، مرغ اجداد، پولت از بیشترین کارایی برخوردارند. بررسی تأثیر کارایی صنعت طیور در پایداری اقتصادی نیز نشان داد که این صنعت در حال حاضر با وضعیت مطلوب فاصله دارد. | ||

| Although small and productive industries are not homogeneous in terms of nature and size, directly or indirectly due to the possibility of being more flexible than large industries and the ease of change in production processes and the use of innovations in creating jobs, generating income, attracting labor Work, wealth distribution and poverty reduction contribute to the sustainable economic development of regions and communities. In this regard, the present study has evaluated the efficiency of the poultry industry and its impact on the sustainable economic development of the cities of Mazandaran province. This research is a descriptive and analytical study that was carried out using the survey method in Mazandaran province. The data of this research was conducted using documentary methods and a researcher-made questionnaire among the economic elite working in the poultry industry and related industries. Research data were analyzed using CCR, CCR, Shannon entropy and one-sided t-test. The results of the research showed that the highest efficiency in the whole Mazandaran province was related to ancestor, meat and mother chickens respectively, ranking the economic efficiency of broiler chicken farming in Mazandaran province (in terms of chicken breed), the highest efficiency was in Ras, Kap and Arin breeds respectively was observed. Shannon's entropy results showed that mother hen, broiler chicken, native chicken, ancestral chicken, and pullets have the highest efficiency. Investigating the effect of the efficiency of the poultry industry on economic stability also showed that this industry is currently far from the optimal situation. | ||
