| چکیده | ||
| هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثر مولفههای بهسازی منابع انسانی بر مدیریت دانش و نگرش آموزگاران ابتدایی است. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی میباشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه آموزگاران ابتدایی شهر کرمان در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۱–۱۴۰۲ (۲۴۵ نفر) بوده و نمونه ۱۵۰ نفر با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامههای استاندارد و روش میدانی–کتابخانهای جمعآوری شد: پرسشنامه بهسازی منابع انسانی (ولبا و جانسن، ۲۰۱۰)، پرسشنامه دستیابی و اشتراک دانش در سازمان (بنت، ۱۹۹۹) و پرسشنامه نگرش شغلی و سازمانی کارکنان (عظیمی و همکاران، ۱۳۹۰). تحلیل دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS و استفاده از آمار توصیفی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون انجام شد. یافتهها نشان داد مولفههای بهسازی منابع انسانی شامل انگیزش، رضایت شغلی و خلاقیت رابطه معناداری با مدیریت دانش و نگرش آموزگاران دارند. بنابراین، بهسازی منابع انسانی میتواند در جمعآوری و اشتراک دانش، تقویت نگرش مثبت و ایجاد فضاهای نوآورانه برای آموزش و یادگیری نسل آینده نقش مؤثری ایفا کند. | ||

| The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of human resource development components on knowledge management and the attitudes of elementary school teachers. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population consisted of all elementary teachers in Kerman during the academic year 2022–2023 (245 teachers), and the sample included 150 teachers selected by simple random sampling based on Cochran’s formula. Data were collected through field-library methods using standardized questionnaires: Human Resource Improvement Questionnaire (Velba & Jansen, 2010), Knowledge Acquisition and Sharing in Organizations Questionnaire (Bennett, 1999), and Employee Job and Organizational Attitude Questionnaire (Azimi et al., 2011). Data analysis was performed using SPSS with descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation coefficient. The findings revealed significant positive relationships between human resource improvement components, including motivation, job satisfaction, and creativity, and teachers’ knowledge management and attitudes. Consequently, human resource improvement can facilitate knowledge collection and sharing, enhance positive attitudes, and create innovative environments for teaching and learning future generations. | ||
