| هدف این پژوهش تعیین ارتباط بین فرهنگ جهادی و سلامت سازمانی با نقش میانجی حمایت سازمانی ادراکشده در معلمان مقطع متوسطه دوم شهرستان نورآباد ممسنی بود. پژوهش حاضر، از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بوده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش معلمان متوسطه دوم شهر نورآباد ممسنی در سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 به تعداد 609 نفر بود. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از جدول مورگان استفاده شد. بر اساس جدول مذکور، 204 نفر بهعنوان حجم نمونه آماری در نظر گرفته شد. شیوه نمونه گیری بهصورت طبقهای تصادفی بود. در این پژوهش برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامههای استاندارد سلامت سازمانی فاروغ (2019)، فرهنگ جهادی امیدی (1403) و حمایت سازمانی ادراکشده عبداله زاده و اسمعیلی (1402) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش همبستگی، رگرسیون و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین فرهنگ جهادی و سلامت سازمانی با میانجی گری حمایت سازمانی ادراکشده در معلمان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. بنابراین شایسته است که بهمنظور ایجاد یک محیط سالم سازمانی توجه بیشتری به متغیرهای فرهنگ جهادی و حمایت سازمانی ادراکشده در جامعه هدف شود. | ||

| The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between jehadi culture and organizational health with the mediating role of perceived organizational support in high school teachers in Noorabad Mamasani city. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of method. The statistical population of this study was 609 high school teachers in Noorabad Mamasani city in the academic year 2023-2024. The Morgan table was used to determine the sample size. Based on the aforementioned table, 204 people were considered as the statistical sample size. The sampling method was stratified random. In this study, Farogh's (2019) Organizational Health Standard Questionnaires, Omidi's Jehadi Culture (2022), and Abdollahzadeh and Esmaili's (2021) Perceived Organizational Support were used to collect information. Correlation, regression, and structural equation methods were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between jehadi culture and organizational health with the mediation of perceived organizational support in teachers. Therefore, it is wise to pay more attention to the variables of jehadi culture and perceived organizational support in the target community in order to create a healthy organizational environment. | ||
