| هدف پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین فرهنگ جهادی و سلامت سازمانی با نقش واسطهای حمایت سازمانی ادراکشده در معلمان مقطع متوسطه دوم شهرستان نورآباد ممسنی بود. پژوهش، از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی - همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه معلمان متوسطه دوم شهرستان نورآباد ممسنی در سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 به تعداد 609 معلم بود. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از جدول مورگان استفاده شد و 204 نفر بهعنوان نمونه آماری به روش نمونه گیری طبقهای تصادفی انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای استاندارد سلامت سازمانی فاروغ (2019)، فرهنگ جهادی امیدی (1403) و حمایت سازمانی ادراکشده عبداله زاده و اسمعیلی (1402) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش همبستگی، رگرسیون و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد اثر مستقیم فرهنگ جهادی بر سلامت سازمانی و حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده مثبت و معنیدار بود. اثر مستقیم حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده بر سلامت سازمانی مثبت و معنیدار بود. نتایج واسطهای نشان داد حمایت سامانی ادراک شده نقش واسطهای مثبت و معنیداری در رابطه بین فرهنگ جهادی و سلامت سازمانی داشت. بنابراین شایسته است که بهمنظور ایجاد یک محیط سالم سازمانی توجه بیشتری به متغیرهای فرهنگ جهادی و حمایت سازمانی ادراکشده در جامعه هدف شود. | ||

| The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between jehadi culture and organizational health with the mediating role of perceived organizational support in secondary school teachers in Noorabad Mamasani city. The study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of method. The statistical population of the study was all secondary school teachers in Noorabad Mamasani city in the academic year 2024-2025, totaling 609 teachers. Morgan table was used to determine the sample size and 204 people were selected as a statistical sample using stratified random sampling method. For data collection, the standard organizational health questionnaires of Farogh (2019), Jihadi Culture of Omidi (1403), and Perceived Organizational Support of Abdollahzadeh and Esmaili (1402) were used. Correlation, regression, and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the direct effect of jehadi culture on organizational health and perceived organizational support was positive and significant. The direct effect of perceived organizational support on organizational health was positive and significant. The mediation results showed that perceived organizational support had a positive and significant mediating role in the relationship between jehadi culture and organizational health. Therefore, it is appropriate to pay more attention to the variables of jihadi culture and perceived organizational support in the target society in order to create a healthy organizational environment. | ||
