| چکیده | ||
| این پژوهش با هــدف بررسی کاربرد نظریه یکپارچه پذیرش و کاربرد فناوری در بین دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی کرمان جهت پیشبینی پذیرش و کاربرد فناورهایهای پزشکی انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری کلیه دانشجویان دانشکده پزشکی بودند که 206 نفر از دانشجویان رشتههای پزشکی دانشکده پزشکی، بصورت نمونهگیری خوشهای دو مرحلهای بر حسب رشته انتخاب شدند و به سوالات پرسشنامه نظریه یکپارچه پذیرش و کاربرد فناوری بکاربرده شده در مطالعه هوسو و همکاران (2021) و مطالعه چانگ و همکاران(2021) پاسخ دادند. دادهها با روش تحلیل مسیر تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد اثر مستقیم شرایط تسهیلکننده و نیت رفتاری کاربرد فناوریهای پزشکی بر کاربرد واقعی فناوریهای پزشکی مثبت و معنیدار است. اثر مستقیم انتظار عملکرد، انتظار تلاش و تاثیر اجتماعی کاربرد فناوریهای پزشکی بر نیت رفتاری کاربرد فناوریهای-های پزشکی مثبت و معنیدار است اما اثر مستقیم شرایط تسهیلکننده بر نیت رفتاری کاربرد فناوریهای پزشکی معنیدار نبود. نتایج واسطهای نشان داد نیت رفتاری کاربرد فناوریهای پزشکی نقش واسطهای مثبت و معنیداری در رابطه بین انتظار عملکرد و کاربرد واقعی و در رابطه بین انتظار تلاش و کاربرد واقعی فناوریهای پزشکی دارد اما در رابطه بین تاثیر اجتماعی و کاربرد واقعی و در رابطه بین شرایط تسهیلکننده و کاربرد واقعی فناوریهای پزشکی نقش واسطهای معنیداری ندارد. بنابراین میتوان گفت در بین دانشجویان پزشکی انتظار عملکرد و انتظار تلاش در مورد کاربرد فناوریهای پزشکی نسبت به تاثیر اجتماعی و شرایط تسهیلکننده، عوامل مهمتری در پذیرش و کاربرد فناوریهای پزشکی هستند. | ||

| This study aimed to investigate the application of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology among medical students at the Islamic Azad University of Kerman to predict the acceptance and use of medical technologies. The research method was correlational. The statistical population was all medical school students, 206 of whom were selected through two-stage cluster sampling by field and responded to the questions of the unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology questionnaire used in the study by Hsu et al. (2021) and Chang et al. (2021). The data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that the direct effect of facilitating conditions and behavioral intention to use medical technologies on the actual usage of medical technologies is positive and significant. The direct effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence of using medical technologies on behavioral intention to use medical technologies is positive and significant, but the direct effect of facilitating conditions on behavioral intention to use medical technologies was not significant. Mediation results showed that behavioral intention to use medical technologies has a positive and significant mediating role in the relationship between performance expectations and actual use and in the relationship between effort expectations and actual use of medical technologies, But, it does not play a significant mediating role in the relationship between social impact and actual use, and in the relationship between facilitating conditions and actual use of medical technologies. Therefore, it can be said that among medical students, performance expectations and effort expectations regarding the use of medical technologies are more important factors in the acceptance and use of medical technologies than social influence and facilitating conditions. | ||
