| چکیده | ||
| امروزه جایگاه اخلاق در تمامی حوزهها از جمله ورزش از اهمیت ویژای برخوردار است؛ هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر سبک رهبری مربیان بر تصمیم گیری اخلاقی ورزشکاران لیگ فوتبال درجه یک کشور عراق بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. از چهار نوع پرسشنامه استفاده شد؛ که شامل پرسشنامهی استاندارد رفتار رهبری چلادورای و صالح (1978)، پرسش نامه جو اخلاقی (ویکتور و کالن،1993)، پرسشنامه تصمیم گیری اخلاقی، لی و تومیناس( 2007) و پرسشنامه رضایت ورزشکاران (ریمر و چلادورای،1998) میباشد. محدوده مکانی انجام این تحقیق، شامل کشور عراق میباشد. بنابراین، جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل تمام بازیکنانی که در لیگ فوتبال درجه یک در کشور عراق فعالیت میکنند، بود. تمام بازیکنان لیگ فوتبال درجه یک در کشور عراق به عنوان نمونه آماری در این تحقیق شرکت کردند و در نهایت 150 نفر به پرسشنامه ها پاسخ دادند و به عنوان نمونه مورد بررسی در نظر گرفته شدند. برای سنجش روایی پرسشنامه ها از 8 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی نظرخواهی می شود. پایایی پرسشنامه ها نیز از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد که همگی بالای 7/0 بود. تجزیه وتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS25 و نرم افزار PLS نسخه 2 صورت گرفت. نتایج مدل حاکی از آن بود که سبک رهبری با تصمیمگیری اخلاقی رابطه مستقیم، مثبت و معناداری دارد؛ همچنین سبک رهبری با رضایت تیمی رابطه مستقیم، مثبت و معناداری دارد، بعلاوه سبک رهبری با جو اخلاقی رابطه مستقیم، مثبت و معناداری دارد، از سویی سبک رهبری بر تصمیمگیری اخلاقی و رضایت تیمی نقش میانجی دارد در نهایت مشخص شد سبک رهبری بر جو اخلاقی و رضایت تیمی نقش میانجی دارد. توجه به این نکته مهم است که مربیان در فوتبال حرفه ای اغلب برای تعریف و آموزش بازیکنان در مورد اخلاق تلاش می کنند، که می تواند مانع توسعه تصمیم گیری اخلاقی شود. بنابراین، بسیار مهم است که مربیان از سبک رهبری خود آگاه باشند و به طور فعال رفتار اخلاقی و توسعه اخلاقی را در میان فوتبالیست ها ترویج کنند. | ||

| Today, the place of ethics is of particular importance in all areas, including sport, including sport; The purpose of the present study was to investigate the impact of coaches' leadership style on the ethical decision of the Iraqi Football League athletes. The research method was a descriptive correlational type. Were used from four types of questionnaires; Including the Standard Questionnaire of the Chahadour and Saleh Leadership Behavior (1978), the Ethical Joe Questionnaire (Victor & Callen, 1993), the Ethical Decision Decision Questionnaire, Lee and Tminas (2007), and Athletes Satisfaction Questionnaire (Rimmer & Chaladra, 1998) Be. The location of this study includes Iraq. Therefore, the statistical population of the research included all the players working in the first -rate football league in Iraq. All the first -rate football players in Iraq participated in the statistical example, and eventually 150 responded to the questionnaires and were considered as the sample. Eight of 8 professors of sports management will be asked to measure the validity of the questionnaires. The reliability of the questionnaires was also calculated through the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, all above 0.7. Data analysis will be made using SPSS25 software and PLS 2 software. The results of the model indicated that the leadership style had a direct, positive and meaningful relationship with moral decision -making; Also, leadership style has a direct, positive and meaningful relationship with team satisfaction, plus leadership style is direct, positive and meaningful to the moral atmosphere, on the one hand the leadership style plays a mediator in ethical decision -making and team satisfaction. And team satisfaction plays a mediator. It is important to note that coaches in professional football often strive to define and train players about ethics, which can prevent ethical decision -making. Therefore, it is very important for coaches to be aware of their leadership style and actively promote ethical behavior and ethical development among footballers. | ||
