| چکیده | ||
| این مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک، به بررسی نقش رسانههای دیجیتال در ترویج فعالیت بدنی سالمندان پرداخت. بر اساس اصول PRISMA، جستجوی سیستماتیک در پایگاههای PubMed، Scopus، Web of Science، ,JMIR Google Scholar و Frontiers انجام شد. ۲۵ مقاله مروری کلیدی از سال ۲۰۲۰ تا ۲۰۲۵ انتخاب و به چهار دسته تقسیم شدند: اپلیکیشنهای موبایل (۸ مقاله)، فناوریهای پوشیدنی (۷ مقاله)، اکسرگیمینگ و واقعیت مجازی (۵ مقاله) و مداخلات دیجیتال عمومی (۵ مقاله). رسانههای دیجیتال اثربخشی مثبت و معناداری نشان دادند. اپلیکیشنهای موبایل و فناوریهای پوشیدنی، گامهای روزانه را ۱۰۰۰–۲۰۰۰ گام افزایش، فعالیت متوسط تا شدید را ۱۵–۳۰ درصد بهبود و رفتارهای بی تحرک سالمندان را تا ۶۰ دقیقه کاهش میدهند (SMD=0.20–0.50). اکسرگیمینگ و واقعیت مجازی، تعادل و پیشگیری از افتادن را تقویت میکند، در حالی که مداخلات عمومی، موانع محیطی و حرکتی را کاهش میدهند. اثربخشی بیشتر در مداخلات شخصیسازیشده و با تکنیکهای تغییر رفتار مشاهده شد، به ویژه در سالمندان با بیماری مزمن مانند دیابت نوع ۲. رسانههای دیجیتال ابزارهای مؤثر برای سالمندی فعال هستند، اما نیاز به شخصیسازی و تحقیقات بلندمدت دارند. پیشنهاد میشود برنامه های ۱۲ ماهه، مداخلات مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی و مطالعات ترکیبی کیفی-کمی انجام شود تا پذیرش و پایداری فعالیت سالمندان به واسطه بهرهوری از رسانه های دیجیتال، افزایش یابد. | ||

| Abstract Background: Digital media have emerged as promising tools to promote physical activity among older adults, addressing the growing challenge of physical inactivity in aging populations. Objective: This systematic review aimed to examine the role of digital media in promoting physical activity among older adults. Methods: Following PRISMA guidelines, a systematic search was conducted in PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, JMIR, Google Scholar, and Frontiers databases for review studies published between 2020 and 2025. Twenty-five eligible review articles were included and categorized into mobile applications, wearable technologies, exergaming and virtual reality, and general digital interventions. Results: Digital media interventions demonstrated significant positive effects on physical activity outcomes. Mobile applications and wearable technologies increased daily step counts by 1,000–2,000 steps, improved moderate-to-vigorous physical activity by 15–30%, and reduced sedentary behavior by up to 60 minutes per day. Exergaming and virtual reality enhanced balance and fall prevention, while greater effectiveness was observed in personalized interventions using behavior change techniques, particularly among older adults with chronic diseases. Conclusions: Digital media are effective tools for promoting active aging. However, personalized and long-term interventions, including artificial intelligence–based approaches, are needed to improve sustainability and adherence. | ||
