| Abstract | ||
| Absteact: This study investigates the effect of technology-based knowledge sharing on knowledge management and employee performance, emphasizing the moderating role of training, organizational support, and leadership in the National Iranian Gas Company. The research is applied in purpose and employs a descriptive–correlational design. The statistical population included all employees of the company, from whom 384 participants were selected using Cochran’s formula. Sampling was conducted through single-stage cluster sampling across Gilan, Qazvin, Alborz, and Tehran, followed by convenience sampling within clusters. Data were collected using six standardized questionnaires assessing technology-based knowledge sharing, knowledge management, perceived organizational support, organizational training, organizational leadership, and employee performance. Reliability was confirmed, with Cronbach’s alpha coefficients ranging from 0.864 to 0.971. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS 4. Findings indicate that technology-based knowledge sharing significantly improves knowledge management and employee performance, while training, organizational support, and leadership significantly moderate these relationships. | ||
