| چکیده | ||
| کارآفرینی فرآیندی است که نقش حیاتی در تداوم، رشد و توسعه ملی و حتی اقتصادی جهانی ایفا میکند. هدف از انجام این پژوهش به تحلیل شاخصها و عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعه کارآفرینی در شبیه سازی رقابتهای حرفهای شطرنج با استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات بود. روش مبتنی بر پژوهشی آمیخته و به روش توصیفی- اکتشافی بود. نتایج تحلیل کیفی نشان میدهد که توسعه کارآفرینی در اکوسیستم شطرنج آنلاین یک فرآیند پیچیده و چندوجهی است که تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلف سازمانی، فردی و مشتریمحور قرار دارد. در این میان، ویژگیهای تکنولوژی از جمله سهولت دسترسی و کاربرد، قابلیتهای یادگیری، مزایای ادراکشده و تجربه مثبت کاربران، به عنوان پایههای اصلی در ایجاد یک پلتفرم موفق شناسایی شدند. یافتههای این پژوهش به طور کلی نشان میدهد که موفقیت کارآفرینی در شطرنج آنلاین نیازمند یک رویکرد جامع است. از یک سو، زیرساختهای فناوری و منابع مالی کافی برای پیادهسازی و توسعه آنها حیاتی هستند. از سوی دیگر، عوامل انسانی، بهویژه نگرش مثبت مدیران، مهارتهای فنی کارکنان و تجربه فناوری آنها، نقش کلیدی در پذیرش و رشد کسبوکار دارند. در نهایت، تمرکز بر نیازهای کاربران، ایجاد روابط پایدار با آنها و دریافت بازخوردهای مستمر، به کارآفرینان امکان میدهد تا مزیت رقابتی پایدار کسب کنند. این یافتهها میتواند مبنای ارزشمندی برای سیاستگذاری و برنامهریزی در جهت توسعه پایدار کارآفرینی در این حوزه باشد. از طرفی در دنیای امروز که مرزهای رقابت به سرعت در حال تغییر است و ارائه خدمات متنوع و نوآورانه حرف اول را میزند، پلتفرمهای شبیهسازی شطرنج نیز تحولاتی جدی را تجربه میکنند.همچنین پیشنهاد میگردد که در جهت اثربخشی برنامههای کارآفرینی در پلتفرمهای شطرنج، مکانیزمهای لازم برای کنترل و ارزیابی عملکرد این برنامهها طراحی و تبیین شود. این مکانیزمها میتوانند به مدیران کمک کنند تا به طور مستمر میزان موفقیت خود را بسنجند و اقدامات اصلاحی لازم را انجام دهند. | ||

| Entrepreneurship is a process that plays a vital role in the continuity, growth, and national, and even global economic development. The aim of this research was to analyze the indicators and factors influencing the development of entrepreneurship in professional chess competition simulations using information technology. The method was based on a mixed-methods approach and a descriptive-exploratory design. The qualitative analysis results indicate that the development of entrepreneurship in the online chess ecosystem is a complex and multifaceted process influenced by various organizational, individual, and customer-centric factors. Among these, technology characteristics, including ease of access and use, learning capabilities, perceived benefits, and positive user experience, were identified as the main pillars in creating a successful platform. The overall findings of this research suggest that entrepreneurial success in online chess requires a comprehensive approach. On the one hand, technological infrastructure and sufficient financial resources for their implementation and development are vital. On the other hand, human factors, especially the positive attitude of managers, the technical skills of employees, and their technology experience, play a key role in the adoption and growth of the business. Finally, focusing on user needs, establishing stable relationships with them, and receiving continuous feedback enable entrepreneurs to gain a sustainable competitive advantage. These findings can serve as a valuable basis for policymaking and planning aimed at the sustainable development of entrepreneurship in this domain. Furthermore, in today's world, where the boundaries of competition are rapidly changing and the provision of diverse and innovative services is paramount, chess simulation platforms are also undergoing serious transformations. It is suggested that, to enhance the effectiveness of entrepreneurial programs in chess platforms, the necessary mechanisms for controlling and evaluating the performance of these programs should be designed and elaborated. These mechanisms help managers to continuously measure success and take necessary corrective actions. | ||
