| چکیده | ||
| هدف نهایی و حداکثری حقوق بشر تحقق امنیت افراد و درپی حفاظت از افراد به دو صورت کلی است. حمایت همه جانبه و کامل از همه انسانها به شکل عام بدون درنظر داشت جنسیت، مذهب، نژاد، قومیت، زبان، ملیت و هر آن چه که افراد را در وضعیت، مرتبه و درجه متفاوت قرار میدهد با این آرمان و خواسته مشخص که کرامت انسانی و آزادی و حقوق اقتصادی کلیه افراد محقق شود. دوم حمایت از انسانهای آسیب پذیر یا افرادی که امکان وارد شدن آسیب، صدمه جسمی و روحی به آنها و یا ایراد خسارت و ضرر به منافع و حقوقشان به دلیل یک وضعیت خاص بیشتر از بقیه وجود دارد. مانند توانخواهان، کهنسالان، کودکان و بانوان. پرسش مدنظر این پژوهش درخصوص موارد نقض حقوق بشر شهروندان زن و کودک ساکن در شهر به صورت کلی و نه یک شهر خاص با این فرضیه است که بیشترین آسیب به زنان درخصوص تهدید جانی و اعمال خشونتهای جنسی، کلامی و در رابطه با کودکان عدم برخورداری از فضای مناسب برای بازی و تحقق شادی آنان است که پیامد آن افسردگی، استفاده بیش از حد از ابزار الکترونیکی و بازهای رایانهای و تحمیل آسیبهای شدید روحی و حتی جسمی خواهد بود. این پژوهش با روش کیفی و جمع آوری اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه ای نگارش شده است. | ||

| The ultimate and maximum goal of human rights is to achieve the security of individuals and to protect individuals in two general ways. Comprehensive and complete support for all human beings in general, regardless of gender, religion, race, ethnicity, language, nationality, and anything that places individuals in different situations, ranks, and degrees, with the specific goal and desire that human dignity, freedom, and economic rights of all individuals be realized. Second, support for vulnerable people or people who are more likely than others to suffer harm, physical and mental injury, or to suffer damage and loss to their interests and rights due to a specific situation. Such as the disabled, the elderly, children, and women. The question addressed in this research is about the human rights violations of women and children living in the city in general and not in a specific city, with the hypothesis that the greatest harm to women is in terms of threats to life and acts of sexual and verbal violence, and in relation to children, the lack of a suitable space for them to play and realize their happiness, which results in depression, excessive use of electronic devices and computer games, and the infliction of severe mental and even physical harm. This research was written using a qualitative method and data collection was done through a library method. | ||
