| چکیده | ||
| مقاله حاضر به بررسی نقش پیشگیری وضعی سامانه های پایش تصویری(دوربین مدار بسته) در کاهش جرایم کلانشهر شیراز با تاکید بر جرم سرقت طی فاصله زمانی 1403-1399 می پردازد. در رویکرد پیشگیری وضعی از جرم ، دوربین های مدار بسته عمومی شیوه ای جهت افزایش هزینه جرم و پیشگیری از وقوع آنهاست. سوال اصلی اینکه بین نقش سامانه های پایش تصویری و پیشگیری و کاهش جرم سرقت چه رابطه معناداری وجود دارد؟ براساس تئوری انتخاب عقلانی ، انگیزه مجرم با مشاهده دوربین های مدار بسته و به سبب ترس از دستگیری کاهش می یابد. به لحاظ نظری این دوربین ها باید بتوانند در کاهش نرخ جرم در مکان های عمومی موثر باشند. روش پژوهش همبستگی ( Correlational Research) و میدانی ( Field Research) است. بررسی رابطه دو متغیر دوربین های مدار بسته و نوسان سرقت در کلانشهر شیراز است. از استخراج اطلاعات آمار سرقت در کلانشهر شیراز طی سالهای مورد نظر برابر مدارک و مستندات پلیس و سازمان زندانها و همچنین مصاحبه با پرسنل نیروی انتظامی، بزه دیدگان، سارقان، شهروندان و مراجع ذیربط کلانشهر شیراز استفاده شده است. یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد بین نقش پیشگیرانه دوربین های مداربسته و پیشگیری از وقوع سرقت خودرو و درون خودرو ، سرقت اماکن عمومی، سرقت فروشگاه های زنجیره ای و وقوع جرائم و تخلفات رانندگی در معابر کلانشهر شیراز رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. | ||

| This article examines the role of situational prevention of video surveillance systems (CCTV) in reducing crimes in the Shiraz metropolis, with an emphasis on theft crime during the period 1403-1399. In the situational prevention approach to crime, public CCTV cameras are a way to increase the cost of crime and prevent their occurrence. The main question is what is the meaningful relationship between the role of video surveillance systems and the prevention and reduction of theft crime? According to rational choice theory, the motivation of criminals decreases when they see CCTV cameras and due to fear of arrest. Theoretically, these cameras should be able to be effective in reducing crime rates in public places. The research method is correlational research and field research. The purpose is to investigate the relationship between the two variables of CCTV cameras and the fluctuation of theft in the Shiraz metropolis. The extraction of information on theft statistics in the Shiraz metropolis during the relevant years was used, according to police and prison organization documents, as well as interviews with law enforcement personnel, victims, thieves, citizens, and relevant authorities in the Shiraz metropolis. The research findings showed that there is a significant relationship between the preventive role of CCTV cameras and the prevention of car and vehicle theft, theft in public places, theft in chain stores, and the occurrence of crimes and driving violations on the roads of the Shiraz metropolis. theft, prevention, video surveillance, CCTV, Shiraz city. | ||
