| چکیده | ||
| با حمد و سپاس خداوند متعال، بسیار خرسندیم که اولین شماره " فصلنامه مدیریت سیاسی" به همت و حمایت دانشگاه پیام نور منتشر شد و در اختیار جامعه علمی و پژوهشگران حوزه سیاست و مدیریت قرار گرفت. ایده راه اندازی این نشریه پاسخی بود به یک ضرورت مشهود؛ ضرورت پیوند میان دو حوزه " سیاستگذاری" و "مدیریت نهادی" پیچیدگی حکمرانی در عصر حاضر به گونه ای است که نظریه های سیاسی بدون استفاده از ابزارهای مدیریتی -اجرایی، مدیریت سازمان های عمومی، بدون درک صحیح از فضای سیاسی و روابط قدرت در رسیدن به کارآمدی مطلوب ناکام خواهد ماند. نشریه مدیریت سیاسی با درک این ضرورت پا به عرصه گذاشته است تا بستری تخصصی برای تلاقی این دو حوزه باشد. هدف ما دراین نشریه، انتشار پژوهش هایی است که از استاندارهای سخت گیرانه علمی برخورداربوده و در عین حال دغدغه گره گشایی از چالش های حکمرانی را داشته باشد. ما از مقالاتی که به تبیین شاخص های حکمرانی خوب، مدیریت استراتژیک در نهادهای سیاسی، سیاستگذاری عمومی و تحلیل های رفتاری در عرصه مدیریت توسعه گرا می پردازند، با آغوش باز استقبال میکنیم. انتشار نخستین شماره؛ آغاز مسیری است که تدوام آن جز با حمایت و مشارکت همکاران هیئت علمی، داوران گرامی و پژوهشگران ارجمند میسر نخواهد بود. تلاش هیئت تحریریه بر این است که با استفاده از فرآیند داوری دوسویه ناشناس، بستری قابل اعتماد برای توسعه دانش در این حوزه ایجاد کند. از جامعه دانشگاهی دعوت میکینم تا با ارسال یافته های علمی و مقالات پژوهشی خود ما را در مسیر ارتقای کیفیت و جایگاه این نشریه یاری کنند. امید است " فصلنامه مدیریت سیاسی" به سهم خود بتواند چراغی برای اندیشمندان و تصمیم گیران این مرز و بوم باشد. | ||

| Bridging Theory and Practice: A New Chapter in Political Management It is with great pleasure and gratitude to the Almighty that we announce the publication of the inaugural issue of the Political Management Quarterly. This milestone has been achieved through the dedicated support of Payame Noor University, and we are delighted to present this journal to the global scientific community and scholars in the fields of politics and management. The inception of this journal is a response to an evident necessity: the need to bridge the gap between “policy-making” and “institutional management.” The complexities of contemporary governance dictate that political theory, devoid of managerial and executive tools, remains abstract, while the management of public organizations, lacking a profound grasp of political landscapes and power dynamics, inevitably falls short of achieving optimal efficiency. Recognizing this imperative, the Political Management Quarterly has been established to serve as a specialized platform for the convergence of these two critical domains. Our mission is to publish research that not only adheres to the most rigorous scientific standards but also addresses the pressing challenges of governance. We warmly welcome submissions exploring indicators of good governance, strategic management within political institutions, public policy, and behavioral analysis in the realm of development-oriented management. The publication of this inaugural issue marks the beginning of a journey that can only be sustained through the continued support and participation of our esteemed faculty colleagues, dedicated reviewers, and valued researchers. The Editorial Board is steadfast in its commitment to fostering a credible platform for the advancement of knowledge in this field by employing a rigorous, double-blind peer-review process. We invite the academic community to join us in enhancing the quality and standing of this journal by submitting their research findings and scholarly articles. It is our sincere hope that this quarterly will serve as a guiding beacon for the thinkers and decision-makers of our nation. | ||
