| چکیده | ||

| چکیده [English] | ||
| In this study, the effects of cavity quantum electrodynamics on the electronic structure and joint density of states (JDOS) of bismuth monolayers in ferroelectric and paraelectric phases have been investigated using quantum electrodynamics density functional theory (QEDFT). Our results demonstrate that confining matter within an optical cavity significantly modifies the joint density of states through photon-mediated electron-electron interactions, with these effects exhibiting smooth dependence on the orientation of photon polarization relative to the spontaneous ferroelectric polarization. Furthermore, similar behaviors are observed between resonant coupling regimes (where photon energy aligns with the band gap) and non-resonant regimes, in the JDOS. A comparative analysis between paraelectric and ferroelectric phases outside the cavity reveals fundamental differences in electronic structure arising from ferroelectric distortion. These findings indicate that cavity quantum electrodynamics provides a powerful tool for engineering the optical and electronic properties of two-dimensional ferroelectric materials, holding promising potential for applications in polaritonic devices and cavity-controlled phase transitions. | ||
