| چکیده | ||
| هدف از نگارش این پژوهش، ارزیابی اثرات اقتصاد رانتی با رویکرد رشد هوشمند شهری در کلان شهر اصفهان است. پژوهش حاضر دارای ماهیتی توسعه‌ای-کاربردی و روشی توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل 65 نفر از کارشناسان، متخصصین و خبرگان می‌باشد. روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﻴـﺮی در این پژوهش هدفمند بوده(با استفاده از روش گلوله برفی) و اطلاعات گردآوری شده با استفاده از تحلیل‌های عاملی، رگرسیون و تحلیل مسیر در محیط نرم افزار smart plsمورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفتند. برای سنجش متغیر «تاثیرات اقتصاد رانتی» از پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته با پنج بعد با 14 مولفه و 60 گویه و هم‌چنین، برای سنجش متغیر «رشد هوشمند شهری» از پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته با پنج معیار اصلی و تعداد 15 گویه بهره گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که تمام بارهای عاملی مربوط به ارتباط بین ابعاد و مولفه های دو متغیر پژوهش بزرگ‌تر از 3/0 بوده و مدل ارتباط بین دو متغیر اقتصاد رانتی و رشد هوشمند شهری در کلان شهر اصفهان معنی دار بوده و از برازش نکوئی مناسب برخوردار بود. هم‌چنین، نتایج نشان داد بین پنج مولفه اصلی تحقیق با متغیر رشد هوشمند شهری در کلان شهر اصفهان، ارتباط معنی دار وجود دارد. مولفه‌ی تغییر کاربری مرتبط با بعد کالبدی با ضریب 887/0 و نیز مولفه قوانین مدون بیش‌ترین تاثیر را در رشد هوشمند شهری کلان شهر اصفهان دارند. | ||

| The purpose of writing this research is to evaluate the effects of rentier economy with the approach of smart urban growth in the metropolis of Isfahan. In order to achieve this goal, by using the library-survey method and the researcher's questionnaire tool; 65 people are experts, specialists and experts. The sampling method in this research was purposeful (using the snowball method) and the collected data were statistically analyzed using factor analysis, regression and path analysis in the smart pls software environment. To measure the variable "Effects of rentier economy", a researcher-made questionnaire with five dimensions with 14 components and 60 items was used, and also, to measure the "smart urban growth" variable, a researcher-made questionnaire with five main criteria and 15 items was used. The results showed that all the factor loadings related to the relationship between the dimensions and components of the two research variables were greater than 0.3 and the model of the relationship between the two variables of rentier economy and smart urban growth in Isfahan metropolis was significant and had good goodness of fit. . Also, the results showed that there is a significant relationship between the five main components of the research with the variable of smart urban growth in the metropolis of Isfahan. The component of change of use related to the physical dimension with a coefficient of 0.887 and the component of codified laws have the most impact on the smart urban growth of Isfahan metropolis. | ||
