| چکیده | ||

| چکیده [English] | ||
| Abstract The Administrative Court of Justice is the only judicial authority that hears claims against administrative and quasi-judicial authorities and is the most important body in this field. The laws governing this area have always faced challenges; dealing with cases under the jurisdiction of special law commissions, such as the Article 100 Commission, requires legal expertise and an understanding of the logic and concept of the laws. It is expected that the Administrative Court of Justice, when handling such cases, will guarantee individuals’ rights by implementing the principles of fair proceedings. However, it seems that the amendment to the Court’s law and the single-stage processing of claims under paragraph 2 of Article 10 will not lead to a fair trial. Therefore, this article discusses the dimensions of this decision and its conflicts with the principles of fair proceedings. This article has collected data by descriptive analytical method. This article based to the authors, is trying to provide solutions for preventing violations of individual rights Considering the fundamental change in the rights of those who apply to the Administrative Court of Justice The country’s legal system has generally observed the principles of fair proceedings in establishing laws; however, in some cases, laws are enacted to prevent delays in proceedings and reduce costs, but such measures may result in the violation of beneficiaries’ rights. | ||
