چکیده | ||
هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی چشم انداز مولفههای جامعه پذیری سازمانی براساس تبیین ویژگیهای رهبری خدمتگزار در کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان آذربایجان غربی میباشد. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه و نمونه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان استان آذربایجان غربی میباشد(65 نفر). برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای روا و پایای رهبری خدمتگزار (0/97 = α) و جامعه-پذیری سازمانی (0/91 = α) استفاده شد. دادههای تحقیق با توجه به نرمال بودن دادهها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شدند. نتایج همبستگی نشان داد که بین ویژگیهای رهبری خدمتگزار و مولفههای جامعهپذیری سازمانی همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری وجود دارد(0/05 ˂p). همچنین تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه مشخص کرد که زیر مقیاسهای ارزش دادن به افراد و توسعه افراد میتوانند دریافت آموزش را پیش بینی کنند؛ همچنین نشان دادن اعتماد میتواند تفاهم را پیش بینی کند؛ برقراری روابط دوستانه میتواند حمایت از کارکنان را پیش بینی کند؛ و به اشتراک گذاشتن رهبری میتوانند چشم انداز از آینده سازمان را به طور مثبت و معنیداری پیشبینی کنند. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده به مدیران و کارگزارن ادارات ورزش و جوانان و سازمانهای ورزشی نوپا، با نیروهای انسانی جدید پیشنهاد میشود که جهت بهبود جامعهپذیری سازمانی به منظور درک نقشهای خود و سازمان، از طریق ایجاد ویژگیهای یک رهبر خدمتگزار در خود اقدام کنند. | ||

The aim of this study is to anticipate the vision of organizational socialization characteristics based on servant leadership traits in west Azarbaijan ҆s youth and sports department ҆s staff. The method used in this research is descriptive correlation. Statistical population includes all staff of department of youth and sports in west Azarbaijan province which is 65 persons. The collect the data valid and reliable questionnaire of servant leadership (α=0/97) and organizational socialization (α=0/91) is used. Regarding the perfectly normal data in this research, they were analyzed using multiple regression and Pearson correlation tests.
