| Abstract | ||
| The aim of present study is to review the current state of maturity in the faculty members of physical education and sports sciences faculties. This is non-experimental and descriptive-survey research. The statistical population of the study included all physical education and sports sciences faculties all around the country in the academic year of 2016-2017. The sample size was estimated to be 161 due to Cochran formula. The sampling method was a complex random probability. The data gathering tool was a standard questionnaire identifying the maturity components of faculty members of Ijtehadi et al (2011), in 5 dimensions and 41 items. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 21, Excel, and AMOS software for descriptive and inferential statistics.The significance level for all analyzes was considered as P It seems that special attention should be paid to research improvement in faculty members' improvement programs. | ||
