| چکیده | ||
| هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدلی برای شتابگیری دانشکدههای تربیت بدنی به سمت دانشگاه‌های نسل چهار بر اساس مدل استراوس و کوربین و روش پژوهش کیفی و برخاسته از داده ها (مطالعه مقالات و اسناد و مدارک و مصاحبه هدفمند به روش گلوله برفی ) و استفاده از روش دلفی بود. جامعه آماری اساتید مدیریت ورزشی، دارای سابقه اجرایی، علمی و پژوهشی برجسته بودند و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات تا اشباع نظری دادهها با مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته ادامه داشت. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش سیستماتیک بر مبنای مدل استراوس و کوربین شامل کدگذاری سه مرحله ای باز، محوری و انتخابی و دلفی استفاده شد. نتایج کدگذاری در مدل مورد نظر، 5 بعد و 12 متغیر، شرایط علی با دو متغیر (مسئولیت علمی- اجتماعی و پویایی محیط و ماموریت سازمانی)، شرایط مداخله‌گر با چهار متغیر (مراکز رشد زایشی، سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی، ارتباط با صنایع و مشتریان و رقبا)، شرایط زمینهای با دو متغیر (نقش دولت و ساختار و بستر سازی)، راهبردها با دو متغیر (مدیریت عالی و رهبری، منابع انسانی) و پیامدها با دو متغیر ( ایفای نقش دانشکده تربیت بدنی نسل چهار و کیفیت آموزشی و پژوهشی) را شناسایی نمود. با توجه به نتایج حاصل، لزوم بهرهگیری از الگویی بومی از دانشکده تربیت بدنی نسل چهار و پوشش خلأهای موجود در تجاری‌سازی تحقیقات علمی دانشکدههای تربیت بدنی، به عنوان مهمترین ویژگی دانشگاه نسل چهار، ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. | ||

| The purpose of this study was to design a model for acceleration of physical education faculties towards the fourth generation universities based on Strauss and Corbin model. The research method was qualitative and derived from data (study of articles and documents and purposeful snowball interview) and the use of Delphi method. The statistical population was sports management professors with outstanding executive, scientific and research background. Data collection continued until the theoretical saturation of the data with semi-structured interviews. In order to analyze the data, a systematic method based on the Strauss and Corbin model including three-step open, axial, selective and Delphi coding was used. Coding results in the model identified 5 dimensions and 12 variables, causal conditions with two variables (scientific-social responsibility and environmental dynamics and organizational mission), intervention conditions with four variables (reproductive growth centers, information systems, relationships with industries and customers and competitors), contextual conditions with two variables (role of government and structure and context), strategies with two variables (top management and leadership, human resources) and consequences with two variables (role of fourth generation physical education faculty and quality educational and research). According to the results, the need to use a native model of the fourth generation physical education faculty, to a large extent and to cover the gaps in the commercialization of scientific research of physical education faculties, as the most important feature of the fourth generation university, seems necessary. | ||
