چکیده | ||
امروزه پژوهشگران در جستجو ی ارائۀ الگوهایی هستند که در صورت وقوع بیماریهای فراگیر بتوانند کارکرد مطلوبی داشته باشند. بر همین مبنا هدف پژوهش حاضر گونهشناسی الگوهای شهرهای پساکرونا برای شناخت الگوهای برنامهریزی و سیاستگذاری شهری در طول کووید ۱۹ و پاندمیهای آینده میباشد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع ثانویه و پارادایم پاردایم فلسفی حاکم بر آن از نوع تفسیری، رویکرد آن، کیفی و روششناسی آن، نمونه کاوی میباشد. روش جمعآوری دادهها، از نوع متن پایه و براساس شیوههای اسنادی است. روش پژوهش مبتنی بر مرور نظاممند و فراتحلیل است. در همین راستا، ابتدا اقدام بهمرور نظاممند مطالعهها، پایاننامهها و کتابهای منتشر شده درخصوص شهرهای پساکرونا شده است. جامعۀ آماری مربوط به مقالات، کتابها و پایاننامههایی است که در بازۀ زمانی 2020 تا 2023 منتشر شده است. بعد از بررسیهای اولیه، تعداد 42 مطالعه جهت تجزیه و تحلیل نهایی انتخاب شد. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است الگوهایی نظیر شهر 20 دقیقهای، شهر 15 دقیقهای، شهر 10 دقیقهای، اجتماع کامل و محلۀ کامل برای شهرهای پساکرونا مطرح شد. علاوهبر این شهرهای پساکرونا دارای شش مقولۀ اصلی و مورد اجماع متشکل از حملونقل، فرهنگ و اجتماع، کار، فضاهای سبز و تفریحی، آموزش، بهداشت و خدمات و در نهایت هوشمندسازی هستند. الگوهای شهر پساکرونا دارای 24 مؤلفه مشترک هستند که شامل حملونقل عمومی، سفر فعال، ترافیک و پارکینگ، هویت و تعلق، احساس امنیت، نفوذ و احساس کنترل، مراقبت و نگهداری، اشتغال محلی، فضای کاری انعطافپذیر، خدمات و حمایت، مسکن و اجتماع، تعاملات اجتماعی، تفریح و بازی، فضای طبیعی، خیابانها و فضاها، حکمروایی هوشمند، مراقبتهای بهداشتی هوشمند، آموزش هوشمند، تحرک هوشمند، معماری سیستم و فناوریهای اصلی، شهرسازی و زیرساختهای جادهای، ساختمان هوشمند، محیط هوشمند و شبکۀ هوشمند و استفاده از انرژی است. | ||

Today, researchers are looking for models that can work well in the event of widespread diseases. Based on this, the purpose of the current research is to typify the patterns of post-corona cities in order to understand the patterns of urban planning and policy-making during the covid-19 and future pandemics. The current research is of a secondary type and the philosophical paradigm that governs it is of an interpretive type, its approach is qualitative and its methodology is a case study. The data collection method is text-based and based on documentary methods. The research method is based on systematic review and meta-analysis. Based on this, a systematic review of published articles, theses and books about post-corona cities has been undertaken. The statistical community is related to articles, books and theses that were published in the period from 2019 to 2023. After preliminary reviews, 42 articles were selected for final analysis. The research results show that models such as 20-minute city, 15-minute city, 10-minute city, complete community and complete neighborhood have been proposed for post-corona cities. In addition, the post-corona cities have six main categories including transportation, culture and community, work, green and recreational spaces, education, health and services, and finally smartening. The post-corona city patterns have 24 common components, which include public transportation, active travel, traffic and parking, identity and belonging, sense of security, influence and sense of control, care and maintenance, local employment, flexible workspace, services and support, housing and Community, social interactions, recreation and play, natural space, streets and spaces, smart governance, smart healthcare, smart education, smart mobility, system architecture and core technologies, urban planning and road infrastructure, smart building, smart environment and smart network and energy use. | ||
