چکیده | ||
هدف از تحقیق؛ طراحی الگوی شاخصهای برانگیزاننده هزینهکرد ورزشی (زمان و پول) در بین شهروندان ارومیه بود. روش پژوهش کیفی بوده که براساس نظریه دادهبنیاد با رویکرد استراوس و کوربین به طراحی مدل پارادایمی تحقیق پرداخته است. جامعه آماری تحقیق 156 نفر از اساتید هیئت علمی رشته علوم ورزشی در دانشگاههای دولتی، آزاد، پیام نور، همچنین؛ مدیران، معاونین، کارشناسان و متخصصان صاحبنظر در زمینه تحقیق در اداره کل ورزش و جوانان و نیز اداره کل آموزش و پرورش، کارشناسان مطلع در اداره ورزش و جوانان و نهایتاً معلمان تربیتبدنی مجرب در خصوص موضوع پژوهش در شهرستان ارومیه بودند. نمونه آماری 28 نفر براساس روش نمونهگیری گلوله برفی برآورد شد. ابزار تحقیق مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته بوده است. تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای آماری نیز به شکل اعتبارسنجی در قالب مصاحبه و جلسه با افراد گروه کانون مرکزی تحقیق بوده است که با رویکرد استراوس و کوربین کدها، مقولهها، مفاهیم و نهایتاً چارچوب مدل مشخص شده است. خروجی پژوهش مدل پارادایمی شاخصهای برانگیزاننده هزینهکرد ورزشی بود که از شرایط علی، پدیده محوری، شرایط مداخلهگر و زمینهای، راهبردها و پیامدها تشکیل شده است. موارد ذکرشده از کدهایی در مرحلة اول کدگذاری باز در چند مفهوم نظیر: عوامل درونفردی (ذهنی-نگرشی، بهداشتی-سلامتی، شناختی-دانشی و برنامهریزی-هدفگذاری)، عوامل تعاملی (فرهنگی-اجتماعی و رسانه و تبلیغات) و عوامل سازمانی (اقتصادی، امکانات و تجهیزات و نهایتاً حقوقی-قانونی) بهدست آمد. همچنین در مرحلة دوم کدگذاری نیز کدگذاری محوری با مقولة محوری عوامل هزینهکرد ورزشی بررسی شد. در پایان مشخص شد که نتیجه اجرای راهبردهای مؤثر تحقیق حاضر در سه سطح توانمندسازی فردی، تعاملی و سازمانی، باعث: گسترش سلامتی، ایجاد سبک زندگی فعال و سالم، بازگشت سرمایه و کاهش هزینه درمان و نهایتاً توسعه مشارکت ورزشی شهروندان میشود. | ||

Purpose of this study was Design modeling for motivational indicators of sport expenditures (time and money) between citizen. The research method was qualitative based on the Ground Theory of Strauss and Corbin's approach. The statistical population were 156 people: sports science professors in the national, Azad and Payam Noor universities. managers, assistants, experts in the General Directorate of Sports and Youth and Department of Education, department of the Sports and Youth and finally physical education expert’s teachers of Urmia city. Statistical sample was 28 peoples that selected based on the snowball. The research tool has been semi-structural interviews and statistical data analysis, has been qualitatively interviewed and met with members of the central research that leading to an agreement on codes, categories, concepts, and ultimately the model framework.The output of the research was a paradigmatic model of the indicators indicators of sport expenditures that was consisting of causal, pivotal, intervening conditions, strategies and outcomes. The codes mentioned in the first stage of coding are open coding in several concepts such as: Intra-individual factors: (mental-attitudinal, hygienic-health, cognitive-knowledge and planning-targeting factors), interpersonal factors: (cultural-social and media and advertising factors) and organizational factors (economic, facilities and equipment and finally legal factors). Also in the second stage of coding, pivotal coding was identified with the sport expenditures factors. Finally, it was found that the results of effective strategies of the present study at three levels of individual, interaction and organizational level, it increases health, creates an active and healthy lifestyle, returns investment and reduces the cost of treatment and finally develops citizens' sports participation. | ||
