| چکیده | ||
| سیاست‌های حاکم بر ورزش همگانی عراق نیازمند برنامه ریزی و توجه ویژه جهت رشد و توسعه پایدار می‌باشد و یکی از اقدامات مهم برای انجام رسالت سازمان‌های ورزشی در عراق، داشتن راهبردهایی جامع و کامل براساس توسعه پایدار عراق می‌باشد. لذا در این پژوهش با بکارگیری رویکرد کیفی و مصاحبه با 19 تن از خبرگان با صلاحیت و شناسایی پیوندهای سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، تکنولوژی، قانونی و زیست محیطی (علی، زمینه ای، ساختاری، راهبردی و پیامدی) مشتمل بر 5 مقوله اصلی شناسایی شد. همچنین بر اساس نتایج تحلیل داده‌های کیفی حاصل از مصاحبه؛ محورهای پیوندهای سیاسی بر ارتقاء ورزش همگانی بر اساس توسعه پایدار عراق، پیوندهای اقتصادی بر ارتقاء ورزش همگانی بر اساس توسعه پایدار عراق، پیوندهای اجتماعی بر ارتقاء ورزش همگانی بر اساس توسعه پایدار عراق، پیوندهای تکنولوژی بر ارتقاء ورزش همگانی بر اساس توسعه پایدار عراق، پیوندهای قانونی بر ارتقاء ورزش همگانی بر اساس توسعه پایدار عراق و پیوندهای زیست محیطی بر ارتقاء ورزش همگانی بر اساس توسعه پایدار عراق با دربرگیری 103 کدباز در امر طراحی الگوی پارادایمی ارتقاء ورزش همگانی بر اساس توسعه پایدار عراق نمایان شد. لذا با الگوی ارائه شده می‌توان برنامه ای نظام مند براساس توسعه پایدار برای ورزش همگانی عراق ارائه نمود. | ||

| The policies governing Iraq's public sports require planning and special attention for sustainable growth and development, and one of the important measures to fulfill the mission of sports organizations in Iraq is to have comprehensive and complete strategies based on the sustainable development of Iraq. Therefore, in this research, by using a qualitative approach and interviewing 19 qualified experts and identifying political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental links (causal, contextual, structural, strategic and consequent) including 5 main categories of identification became. Also, based on the results of qualitative data analysis from the interview; The axes of political links on the promotion of public sports based on the sustainable development of Iraq, economic links on the promotion of public sports based on the sustainable development of Iraq, social links on the promotion of public sports based on the sustainable development of Iraq, technology links on the promotion of public sports based on the sustainable development of Iraq, links A law on the promotion of public sports based on the sustainable development of Iraq and environmental links on the promotion of public sports based on the sustainable development of Iraq was revealed by including 103 open codes in the matter of designing a paradigm model for the promotion of public sports based on the sustainable development of Iraq. Therefore, with the presented model, it is possible to present a systematic program based on sustainable development for Iraq's public sports. | ||
