| چکیده | ||
| هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل رابطه مهارت های ارتباطی با استقرار شبکه مدیریتی کلارک در بین مدیران ورزشی بود. از این رو تحقیق حاضر بر اساس هدف کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت همبستگی و از نظر اجرا پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش مدیران سازمان های ورزشی استان اصفهان بودند که 140 نفر از مدیران ورزشی به صورت تصادفی طبقه ای به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه گیری پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های مهارت ارتباطی(91/0) و پرسشنامه استقرار شبکه مدیریتی کلارک (87/0) بود. روش آماری توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS برای تحلیلهای آماری استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد که بین مهارت های ارتباطی و استقرار شبکه مدیریتی کلارک در بین مدیران ورزشی رابطه وجود دارد، همچنین مولفه بازخوردی سهم بیشتری در پیش بینی شبکه مدیریتی کلارک دارد(0.05 ≤ p). به طور کلی می توان اذعان نمود مهارت های ارتباطی بر استقرار شبکه مدیریتی کلارک موثر بوده و سبب بهبود روند مدیریتی مدیران سازمان های ورزشی و رسیدن به اهداف سازمان با درصد بالایی از بهره وری می گردد. | ||

| Abstract: The aim of present study was Analysis of the relationship between managers' communication skills with the Clark Network Management between sports Managers. The study is based on the functional purpose, the nature of the relationship and the survey was conducted. The population of this research were the managers of sports organizations Isfahan, 140 sports executives stratified random sample was selected. Measuring Research was communication skills (0.91) and inventory management network Clark (0.87) questionnaires. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods using SPSS software was used for statistical analysis. Results showed that communication skills and the management network Clark among sports executives there, the feedback component is greater share of forecast management network Clark (0.05 ≤p). It is generally acknowledged to be effective communication skills on the management network Clark and improved management of sports organizations and achieve a high level of productivity of the organization.
