این تحقیق با هدف ارزیابی تأثیر پودر سیر و سیاهدانه بر عملکرد، کیفیت تخم و فراسنجههای خونی در بلدرچینهای تخمگذار انجام گرفت. به این منظور تعداد 160 قطعه بلدرچین در سن 11 هفتگی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تیمار شامل گروه شاهد، گروه 3 درصد پودر سیر و گروه 2 درصد پودر سیاهدانه به مدت 1 ماه تغذیه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تغذیه بلدرچینها با جیرهی حاوی 3 درصد پودر سیر و یا 2 درصد پودر سیاهدانه در سن 11 تا 14 هفتگی اثر معنیدار بر تولید تخم، پارامترهای کیفی تخم (وزن تخم، وزن نسبی زرده، وزن نسبی سفیده و شاخص تخم)، وزن بدن، نطفهداری و فراسنجههای خونی نداشت (05/0P). افزودن پودر سیر باعث کاهش معنیدار مصرف خوراک بلدرچینها در سن 14 هفتگی در مقایسه با گروه شاهد شد (05/0>P). با توجه به نتایج فعلی استفاده از پودر سیر میتواند راهکاری مناسب برای بهبود کیفیت پوسته تخم باشد. | ||

The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the effects of garlic and black seed powder on performance, egg quality and blood parameters of laying quails. For this purpose, a total of 160 quails at the age of 11 weeks in a completely randomized design were assigned in 10 cages and were fed with three treatments control, Basal diet supplemented with 3% of garlic powder and Basal diet supplemented with 2% of black seed powder that were used for 1 month. The results showed that feeding quails with 3% of garlic powder and 2% of black seed powder had no significant effects on the egg production, egg quality parameters (egg weight, yolk relative weight and albumen relative weight), body weight, fertility and plasma parameters from 11 to 14 weeks of age in comparison with control group (P>0.05).
