چکیده
هدف این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر انعطاف استراتژیک بر کارآفرینی سازمانی با نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی (مورد مطالعه: ادارات ورزش و جوانان غرب کشور)  بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان اداراتورزش و جوانان غرب کشور بودند. حجم نمونه 341 نفر می باشد؛ که به نسبت بین افراد جامعه توزیع گردید. ابزار اندازه گیری سه پرسشنامه انعطاف پذیری استراتژیک فرشادمهر (1394)، قابلیت یادگیری سازمانی چانگ و همکاران (2015) و کارآفرینی سازمانی مقیمی (1390) بود. برای تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی‌ استفاده گردید. تمامی تحلیل ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای ‌SPSS و PLS انجام گرفت. یافته های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد؛ که انعطاف-پذیری استراتژیک و یادگیری سازمانی به طور مستقیم بر کارآفرینی اثر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین انعطاف پذیری استراتژیک اثر مثبت و معناداری بر یادگیری-سازمانی دارد.. انعطاف پذیری استراتژیک بر کارآفرینی از طریق یادگیری سازمانی اثر مثبت و معناداری دارد.. امید است ادارات ورزش و جوانان با به کارگیری یادگیری اکتشافی و استخراجی در سازمان خود که با روح کارآفرینی و ریسک پذیری ارتباط دارد، زمینه ساز هرچه بیشتر کارآفرینی در سازمان خود باشند. همچنین باید توجه داشت به کارگیری این نوع از یادگیری در سازمان مستلزم انعطاف پذیری استراتژیک می باشد که اجازه چنین عملکردی را به کارکنان در سازمان بدهد.

The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of strategic flexibility on entrepreneurship through the mediating role of organizational learning (Case Study: Office of Youth and Sports West Country), respectively. The sample size is 341 people, which is distributed among the population.The measuring instrument was three Farshad-Mehr’s Flexibility Inventories (2015), Chang et al’s Organizational learning capabilities (2005) and Organizational Entrepreneurship (2011( questionares. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. All analyzes were performed using SPSS and PLS software. Research findings show that strategic flexibility and organizational learning have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship. Also, strategic flexibility has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning. Strategic flexibility on entrepreneurship through organizational learning of effect Positive and meaningful. It is hoped that the sports and youth departments, through the use of exploration and extraction learning in their organization, which are linked to the spirit of entrepreneurship and risk appetite, will create the greatest potential for entrepreneurship in their organization. It should also be noted that the use of this type of learning in the organization requires strategic flexibility that allows such a function to be given to employees in the organization.
