چکیده | ||
هدف: هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه اخلاق کار اسلامی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی بر قابلیت اشتراک دانش است. روششناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش، توصیفی- پیمایشی است و جامعه آماری این پژوهش تعداد 380 نفر از کارکنان دانشگاه پیام نور استان کرمانشاه را شامل میشود که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 191 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه است. روایی پرسشنامه به تأیید چند تن از استادان دانشگاه رسید و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ برای اخلاق کار اسلامی، رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی و قابلیت اشتراک دانش کارکنان به ترتیب (81/0، 78/0 و 75/0) است. یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از رگرسیون خطی و گامبهگام در سطح 95% نشان داد که اخلاق کار اسلامی با متغیرهای رفتار شهروندی سازمانی (666/0)، قابلیت اشتراک دانش (557/0) و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با قابلیت اشتراک دانش (677/0) رابطه مثبت و معنیداری دارد. از سوی دیگر، نتایج بررسیها نشان داد که رفتار شهروندی سازمانی در رابطه با اخلاق کار اسلامی و قابلیت اشتراک دانش دارای نقش میانجی (717/0) است. بحث و نتیجهگیری: در این پژوهش، جهت آزمون مدل مفهومی پژوهش از مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد که نتایج حاکی از برازش (044/0 = RMSEA و 94/0=CFI) مطلوب مدل بود و به همین دلیل بهعنوان مدل تجربی ارایه شده است. لذا دانشگاه مربوطه میتواند برای افزایش رفتارهای قابلیت دانش به نقش اخلاق کار اسلامی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی توجه شایانی داشته باشد. | ||

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship Islamic Work Ethics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Knowledge Sharing Capability. Methodology: The research method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this research consists of 380 employees of PNU of Kermanshah Province which 191 people were selected using Cochran formula. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 3 faculty members, and its reliability with Cronbach's alpha for professional ethics, organizational spirituality and creativity of staff was 81%, 78% and 75%, respectively. Findings: The results of linear regression and step-by-step regression at the level of 95% indicated that Islamic Work Ethics with Organizational Citizenship Behavior variables (0.666) and Knowledge Sharing Capability (0.557) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Knowledge Sharing Capability (0.677) have a positive and significant relationship. On the other hand, the results of the research showed that Organizational Citizenship Behavior is related to Islamic Work Ethics and Knowledge Sharing Capability of mediators (0.717). In this research, a structural equation model was used to test the conceptual model of the research. Conclusion: The results indicated that the fitting (RMSEA = 0.044 and CFI = 0.94) was desirable for the model and therefore presented as an empirical model. So the relevant Department should pay close attention to the role of Islamic Work Ethics and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in increasing Knowledge Sharing Capability. | ||
