چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش: از آنجایی که موضوع اشتراک دانش آنلاین یکی از محوریترین نیازها در سازمانهای دانش محور است. پس پژوهش حاضر با هدف تأثیر عوامل فردی و محیطی بر توانمندسازی استادان و کارکنان حوزههای علمیه شهر تبریز در اشتراک آنلاین دانش انجام شد. روششناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر، کاربردی و شیوه انجام گرفتن آن همبستگی، بود. جامعه آماری، شامل کلیة استادان و کارکنان حوزههای علمیه شهر تبریز به تعداد 162 نفر بودند که در سال 1400 در شهر تبریز مشغول بودند. با استفاده از جدول مورگان 114 نفر از این استادان و کارکنان به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس بهعنوان آزمودنیهای این پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازهگیری پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای محققساخته عوامل فردی و محیطی بر اشتراک دانش، پرسشنامه توانمندسازی کارکنان در اشتراک آنلاین بود که اعتبار آنها با استفاده از روش روایی محتوا و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. رابطه بین متغیرها با ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و پیشبینی توانمندسازی اشتراک آنلاین دانش از طریق عوامل فردی و محیطی با محاسبه رگرسیون اندازهگیری شد. یافتهها یافتهها نشان داد که بین عوامل فردی و عوامل محیطی با توانمندسازی در اشتراک آنلاین رابطه همبستگی مثبت و معنیداری وجود دارد. ضریب همبستگی چندگانه برابر 57/0 و ضریب تعیین برابر 32/0 است. بحث و نتیجهگیری: پایین بودن میانگین مواردی همچون لذت بردن از کمک به دیگران، پاداش، منافع دوجانبه، از دست دادن قدرت و هنجارهای ذهنی، اعتماد) در بین استادان و کارکنان حوزههای علمیه شهر تبریز را میتوان اینگونه تبیین نکرد که استادان و کارکنان، دانش و مهارت تخصصی کمتری برای اشتراک و تبادل دانش با همدیگر بهصورت آنلاین داشتهاند | ||

Purpose: Online knowledge sharing is one of the most central needs in Knowledge-oriented organizations, so the present study was conducted with the aim of influencing individual and environmental factors on the empowerment of professors and staff of seminaries in Tabriz in online sharing knowledge Methodology: The present study was applied and the method of doing it was correlation. The statistical population included all teachers and staff of seminaries in Tabriz, 162 people who were working in Tabriz in 1400. Using Morgan table, 114 of these professors and staff were selected as the research statistical population of this study, so they were selected by available sampling method. The research measurement tools included researcher-made questionnaires of individual and environmental factors on knowledge sharing, employee empowerment questionnaire in the field of online sharing. So, the validity of which was confirmed by using content validity method and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The relationship between variables with Pearson correlation coefficient and predicting online knowledge sharing empowerment was measured by individual and environmental factors by calculating regression. Findings: The results of this study indicated that there is a positive and significant correlation between individual and environmental factors with empowerment in online sharing. Multiple correlation coefficient is 0.57 and coefficient of determination is 0.32. Conclusion: Low average of items such as (enjoyment of helping others, rewards, mutual benefits, loss of power and mental norms, trust) among the professors and staff of seminaries in Tabriz can be explained as follows. Professors and staff have less specialized knowledge and skills to share and exchange knowledge with each other online. | ||
