| چکیده | ||
| هدف از تحقیق حاضر، کاوش ویژگی‌های مؤثر در شکل‌گیری تیم-های موفق ورزشی بود. روش تحقیق مورداستفاده به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر روش انجام کیفی، که در آن از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل تیم‌ها و گروه‌های ورزشی موفق در عرصه‌های علمی، نشریات، گردشگری ورزشی، رسانه شنیداری و تصویری بود. روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند بود و ابزار تحقیق پروتکل مصاحبه با خبرگان تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری بود (14مصاحبه). درمجموع، تعداد 15 عامل مؤثر در شکل‌گیری تیم‌ها شناسایی شد، که این عوامل در قالب فرعی 6 مقوله اصلی به دست آمد. این مقوله‌ها شامل؛ رهبری اشتراکی، خبرگی اعضای تیم، هم‌افزایی تیمی، دیدگاه برنامه محور، مدیریت منابع مالی، ارزش‌های اخلاقی می‌باشند. با توجه نتایج تحقیق موفقیت تیم ورزشی مستلزم داشتن تیم مجرب، اتخاذ استراتژی‌های روشن و همچنین وجود منابع مالی و مدیریتی می‌باشد. بعلاوه مدیران تیم‌ها می‌توانند باهدف گذاری دقیق و مدیریت صحیح، استخدام نیروی کار خبره به رشد و توسعه تیم خود کمک نماید. | ||

| The purpose of this study was to explore the effective characteristics in the formation of successful sports teams. The research method was used in terms of purpose, Applied; and terms of the qualitative performance method, in which the content analysis method was used. The statistical population of the study included successful sports teams and groups in the fields of science, publications, sports tourism, and audio-visual media. The sampling method was purposeful and the research tool was the interview protocol with experts until the theoretical saturation was reached (14 interviews). In total, 15 effective factors in team formation were identified, which were obtained in the form of 6 main categories. These categories include; Shared leadership, team members' expertise, team building, program-oriented vision, financial resource management, are ethical values. According to the research results, the success of the sports team requires having an experienced team, adopting clear strategies as well as financial and managerial resources. Besides, team leaders can help their team grow and develop with accurate targeting and proper management, hiring a skilled workforce. | ||
