| چکیده | ||
| پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مدل عِلی ترس از نوآوری بر اساس میزان سواد هوش مصنوعی معلمان با تأکید بر نقش واسطهای یادگیری مادامالعمر انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود و جهت بررسی مدل ارائهشده از معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل همه معلمان دوره ابتدایی و متوسطه شهرستان صحنه بود که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده تعداد 210 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه استاندارد دانش و مهارتهای هوش مصنوعی در معلمان نینگ (2025)، ترس از تکنولوژی ویل و روزن (1995) و سواد یادگیری مادامالعمر لی و تسای (2007) استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد سواد هوش مصنوعی تأثیر مستقیم و مثبت بر ترس از نوآوری و یادگیری مادامالعمر دارد و یادگیری مادامالعمر علاوه بر تأثیر مستقیم بر ترس از نوآوری نقش واسطهای معنادار دارد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که افزایش سواد هوش مصنوعی در معلمان میتواند به طور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم، از طریق تقویت تمایل به یادگیری مادامالعمر، ترس آنها از نوآوری را کاهش دهد. بنابراین توسعه سواد هوش مصنوعی و ترویج یادگیری مادامالعمر در میان معلمان از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است تا مقاومت در برابر نوآوری کاهش یافته و آمادگی آنها برای پذیرش فناوریهای جدید افزایش یابد | ||

| The aim of this study was to investigate the causal model of fear of innovation based on the level of artificial intelligence literacy of teachers with an emphasis on the mediating role of lifelong learning. The research method was descriptive-correlational, and structural equations was used to investigate the presented model. The statistical population of the study included all primary and secondary school teachers in Sahneh city, and 210 people selected as the sample by simple random sampling. To collect data, Standards Questionnaire for Knowledge and Skills of Artificial Intelligence in Teachers of Ning (2025), Weil & Rosen's Fear of Technology (1995), and Li & Tsai's Lifelong Learning Literacy Questionnaire (2007) used. The findings showed that AI literacy has a direct and positive effect on the fear of innovation and lifelong learning. And lifelong learning plays a significant mediating role in addition to having a direct impact on the fear of innovation. The results suggest that increasing AI literacy in teachers can directly and indirectly reduce their fear of innovation by reinforcing their desire for lifelong learning. Therefore, it is important to develop AI literacy and promote lifelong learning among teachers to reduce resistance to innovation and increase their readiness to adopt new technologies. | ||
