| چکیده | ||
| هدف از پژوهش حاضر پیشبینی سبک تدریس و کیفیت روابط بینفردی معلمان بر اساس روابط موضوعی بود. لذا روش پژوهش از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان دورهای ابتدایی شهرستان سقز در سال 1403 میباشد که تعداد آنها 648 نفر است. بنابراین برای تعیین حجم نمونه از جدول مورگان استفاده شد که بر این اساس تعداد 242 نفر انتخاب شدند. جهت جمعآوری دادهها از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد روابط موضوعی ، کیفیت روابط بین فردی و پرسشنامه استاندارد سبکهای تدریس پالوز و ماریکوتو استفاده شد. دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از SPSS ویرایش 21 و در دو بخش توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش جهت افزایش کیفیت روابط بین فردی خصوصاً در معلمان که با نسل جوان و آیندهساز جامعه در ارتباط هستند، لازم است مواردی همچون بیکفایتی اجتماعی، خودمیانبینی، دلبستگی ناایمن و بیگانگی کاهش یابد تا از این طریق بتوان کیفیت روابط بین فردی را افزایش داد. از سوی دیگر، از آنجا که هر پژوهشی دارای محدودیتهایی است بر این اساس محدودیت این پژوهش این است که امکان تعمیم یافته های حاصل از این پژوهش به معلمان شهرستانها و مقاطع تحصیلی، مدارس دولتی و غیر دولتی وجود ندارد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که روابط موضوعی توان پیشبینی سبک تدریس و کیفیت روابط بین فردی را بصورت معکوس دارد. یافتهها بر این موضوع تأکید دارد که درگیری تحصیلی از سوی دلبستگی ایمن استنباط میگردد. همچنین روابط بین فردی به عنوان یکی از مهارتها در برقراری ارتباط مؤثر بین افراد، میتواند به رفع نیازهای انسانها از یکدیگر منجر شود. حال هر چه توانایی افراد در برقراری این ارتباط، بیشتر و مؤثرتر باشد به همان میزان روابط بین فردی در خانواده و در محیط کاری نیز مرتفع میشود. از این رو نداشتن ارتباط مؤثر، خوب و کارآمد با دیگران میتواند منجر به شکست، عدم موفقیت، افسردگی و مشکلات روحی و روانیِ دیگر شود. | ||

| The aim of the present study was to predict the teaching style and quality of teachers' interpersonal relationships based on thematic relationships. Therefore, the research method is correlational. The statistical population of this study includes all elementary school teachers in Saqqez city in 1403, which is 648 people. Therefore, Morgan's table was used to determine the sample size, and 242 people were selected on this basis. Data were collected through the Bell Object Relations and Reality Testing Inventory (BORRTI), the Quality of Relationships Inventory (QRI), and the Palouse and Maricoto Teaching Styles Questionnaire, and were analyzed using SPSS version 21 through descriptive and inferential statistics. According to the results of this study, in order to increase the quality of interpersonal relationships, especially among teachers who are in contact with the young generation and the future of society, it is necessary to reduce issues such as social incompetence, narcissism, insecure attachment, and alienation, in order to increase the quality of interpersonal relationships. On the other hand, since every research has limitations, the limitation of this research is that the findings cannot be generalized to teachers from other regions, educational levels, or different types of schools. The results of the study indicate that thematic relationships have the ability to predict teaching style and the quality of interpersonal relationships inversely. The findings of the present study indicate that academic engagement can be predicted by secure attachment. Moreover, interpersonal relationships, as a fundamental component of effective communication skills, play a significant role in fulfilling individuals' social and emotional needs. The more capable individuals are of establishing effective and constructive communication, the stronger and healthier their interpersonal relationships become, both within the family environment and in the workplace. Conversely, the inability to develop effective and positive relationships with others may result in failure, reduced achievement, depression, and a range of other psychological and emotional difficulties. | ||
