| چکیده | ||
| هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش معنویت در کار در پیش‌بینی رشد حرفهای و سلامت سازمانی معلمان مقطع متوسطه اول شهرستان ممسنی بود. روش پژوهش کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، تمامی معلمان مقطع متوسطه اول شهرستان ممسنی به تعداد 303 نفر بود، که از این تعداد 170 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه و به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای با محقق همکاری کردند. ابزار جمع‌آوری دادهها پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد معنویت در کار میلین (2003)، رشد حرفهای آکفیلت و کوت (2005) و سلامت سازمانی هوی و فیلدمن معنویت در (1996) بود. برای توصیف دادهها از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و برای تجزیه استنباطی داده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد که نقش کار در پیش‌بینی رشد حرفهای و سلامت سازمانی معلمان مثبت و معنادار و به‌ترتیب برابر با 426/0 و 58/0 بود. بنابراین شایسته است که در جامعه هدف به‌منظور افزایش رشد حرفهای و سلامت سازمانی توجه بیشتری به معنویت در کار شود. | ||

| The purpose of the present study was to the role of spirituality in the work to investigate of the growth of the profession and organizational health of Secondary school teachers in mamasani city. The research method was applied and descriptive and correlational. the statistical population of the study included 303 teachers of the first high school of mamasani town, 303 patients, of which 170 were selected as the sample and by stratified random sampling method. Data gathering tools were the standardized questionnaire of spirituality in the milin (2003) work, career development of ecfilt and kot (2005) and organizational health hoy and fildman (1996). To describe the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data, pearson correlation coefficient and regression were used. The results of the study showed that the role of spirituality at work in predicting teachers' professional growth and organizational health was positive and significant, respectively equal to 0.426 and 0.58. Therefore, it is worthy to pay more attention to spirituality in the target community in order to increase the growth of the profession. (p < 0.01). | ||
