| چکیده | ||
| بازارهای تاریخی به‌عنوان یکی از ارکان مهم اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی شهرها، نقش اساسی در شکل‌دهی به هویت شهری داشته‌اند. با این حال، تحولات ناشی از مدرنیزاسیون، تغییرات اقتصادی، الگوهای مصرف جدید و گسترش فضاهای تجاری نوین، موجب تضعیف جایگاه سنتی این فضاها شده است. در این شرایط، ضرورت بازآفرینی و احیای ارزش‌های چندبعدی بازارهای تاریخی و نیز اتخاذ رویکردهای آینده‌نگر برای هدایت تحولات آن‌ها بیش از پیش اهمیت یافته است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل آینده بازار تاریخی تبریز و شناسایی عوامل کلیدی اثرگذار بر آن، در چارچوب رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی انجام شده است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی–اکتشافی بوده و با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد آمیخته (کیفی–کمی) صورت گرفته است. داده‌ها از طریق مطالعات اسنادی، مصاحبه، پرسشنامه و تحلیل‌های آماری و ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای تخصصی گردآوری و تحلیل شده‌اند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد عواملی نظیر نابرابری اجتماعی، نقش رسانه‌ها، توسعه گردشگری، فرهنگ مصرفی، گسترش مراکز خرید مدرن، مک‌دونالیزه شدن، افزایش استفاده از خودروهای شخصی و مهاجرت، بیشترین تأثیر را بر آینده بازار دارند. بر اساس این عوامل، هفت سناریوی سازگار در سه دسته مطلوب، نسبتاً مطلوب و بحرانی تدوین شد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که سناریوهای میانی، به‌عنوان گزینه‌های محتمل‌تر، امکان تحقق الگوی «دوام‌پذیری بازار تاریخی تبریز» را نشان می‌دهند. در نهایت، راهبردهایی برای تقویت کارکردهای اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی بازار و هدایت تحولات آینده آن ارائه شده است. | ||

| Historical bazaars have long functioned as vital economic, social, and cultural cores within urban systems, playing a key role in shaping urban identity and vitality. However, processes such as modernization, economic restructuring, changing consumption patterns, and the expansion of contemporary commercial spaces have significantly altered their physical and functional structure, challenging their traditional position. In response, the regeneration of their architectural, cultural, and social values, alongside future-oriented planning, has become increasingly necessary. This study adopts a foresight approach to examine the future of the Tabriz Historical Bazaar, aiming to identify key influencing factors and develop alternative scenarios with corresponding strategies to achieve a preferred future. The research is applied in purpose and descriptive–exploratory in method, employing a mixed-method (qualitative–quantitative) approach. Data were collected through documentary studies, interviews, and questionnaires, and analyzed using statistical and structural techniques with AMOS, MICMAC, and Scenario Wizard software. The findings highlight several critical drivers shaping the bazaar’s future, including income inequality, media influence, tourism development, consumer culture, the growth of modern shopping centers, McDonaldization, increased reliance on personal transportation, and migration. Based on these factors, seven consistent scenarios were formulated and classified into three categories: desirable, relatively desirable, and critical. Among them, the third group is considered the most plausible, reflecting conditions close to the current situation and suggesting the potential realization of a “sustainable continuity model.” This model emphasizes maintaining and reinforcing the bazaar’s economic, social, and cultural functions. Finally, strategic policy recommendations are proposed to guide future transformations. | ||
