چکیده | ||
اینستاگرام یکی از محبوبترین شبکههای اجتماعی در صنعت ورزش بوده و در میان ورزشکاران محبوبیت ویژهای دارد. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویتبندی چالشهای فعالیت زنان ورزشکار حرفهای ایرانی در این شبکه اجتماعی انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش حاضر بهصورت آمیخته و از نوع طرح متوالی اکتشافی است. فاز کیفی با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون و فاز کمی با استفاده از تحلیل سلسله مراتبی انجام شد. روش نمونهگیری هدفمند بود. در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 13 شرکتکننده تا اشباع نظری صورت گرفت و در بخش کمی نیز پرسشنامه مبتی بر یافتههای بخش کیفی در میان 10 نفر از آنان توزیع شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها در بخش کیفی از تکنیک کدگذاری و نرمافزار NVIVO10 و در بخش کمی از نرمافزار Expert Choice استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد چالشهای زنان ورزشکار ایرانی در شبکه اجتماعی اینستاگرام در دو مضمون اصلی چالشهای ساختاری با 4 مضمون فرعی، بهترتیب وزن و اولویت، چالش فرهنگی (27/0)، چالش قانونی (25/0)، چالش جنسیتی (25/0)، چالش مذهبی (22/0) و چالشهای فردی با 2 مضمون فرعی، بهترتیب وزن و اولویت، چالش تولید محتوی (46/0) و چالش روانشناختی (54/0) دستهبندی میشوند. با توجه به نتایج بهدست آمده میتوان گفت در صورتیکه شیوه استفاده از شبکه اجتماعی اینستاگرام به زنان ورزشکار آموزش داده و مدیریت شود، آنان میتوانند تا حدودی بر چالشهای موجود غلبه کرده و از فرصتهای فراهم شده در اینستاگرام نهایت بهره را ببرند. | ||

Instagram is one of the most popular social media in the sports industry and has a special place among athletes. In this regard, the present research was conducted with the aim of identifying and prioritizing the challenges of Iranian professional Sportswomen's activities in this social media. The method of the present research is mixed and of the type of sequential exploratory design. The qualitative phase was conducted using thematic analysis and the quantitative phase was conducted using hierarchical analysis. The sampling method was purposeful, and in the qualitative part, in-depth interviews were conducted with 13 participants until theoretical saturation, and in the quantitative part, questionnaire based on the findings of the qualitative section was distributed among 10 of them. For data analysis, coding technique was used in the qualitative part, and NVIVO10 software was used in the quantitative part, and Expert Choice software was used. The results showed that the challenges of Iranian female athletes in the Instagram social media are in two main themes of structural challenges with 4 sub-themes in the order of weight and priority; cultural challenge (,0274), legal challenge (0.255), gender challenge (0.249) and religious challenge (0.222) and individual challenges with 2 sub-themes in order of weight and priority; Content production challenge (0.459) and psychological challenge (0.541) are classified. According to the obtained results, it can be said that if the method of using Instagram social media is taught and managed to female athletes, they can overcome the existing challenges to some extent and make the most of the opportunities provided on Instagram. | ||
