| Abstract | ||
| Today, the issue of civil society and "citizen's rights" and issues such as freedom of thought, equality and freedom of expression, free education, freedom to choose residence, freedom to choose business, etc., have become slogans that various groups and factions and in some cases they use it as a tool to promote their thoughts and ideas and attract the masses of people. International institutions and people-oriented organizations also pay a lot of attention to this issue and in order to keep their intellectual market warm, they outdo each other in dealing with it. Satanic powers and political mafias, with attractive masks but with evil intentions, use this lever to humiliate Muslims and implement their evil plans among Islamic societies. Unaware of the fact that the religion of Islam, 1400 years ago, paid special attention to this issue in its rules and social principles, and many verses from the Holy Quran and many hadiths from the Holy Prophet of Islam, analyzed the various dimensions of citizenship rights. The pure life of Ahl al-Bayt is also a living example of emphasizing these rights. The religion of Islam has tried a lot to provide a life full of comfort, full of dignity and full of security for man. Islam has recognized the rights of animals and plants even beyond human rights. This essay aims to examine the subject of civil society and citizenship rights in a descriptive-analytical way in the light of Imam Ali's words. The findings of the research show that components such as: having a social security system, having prosperity and a dynamic economy, justice and equality, freedom in expressing opinions and choosing a job, the right to criticize and having an activist spirit are among the most important examples of citizenship rights in Nahjal Balagha. | ||
