| چکیده | ||
| مدیریت تحول آفرین شهری یک مدیریت پویا با مشارکت همه ذینفعان شهری و درسطوح مختلف توسعه شهری با هدف رفع چالش‌ها و ایجاد تغییرات مثبت شهری توسط مدیران و ساکنان شهری است. این نوع مدیریرت دارای مولفه‌های مختلفی است. هدف این مطالعه شناسایی مولفه‌های موثر در ایجاد مدیریت تحول آفرین شهری درکلان‌شهر اهواز است.پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف،کاربردی و از نظرروش انجام، جزء روش‌های کیفی و روش گراند تئوری است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات و داده‌ها، مصاحبه ساختاریافته بوده است. جامعه آماری شامل، مدیران و برنامه‌ریزان شهری درکلان‌شهر اهواز بود. به صورت نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با اشباع نظری 15 کارشناس برای مصاحبه‌ها انتخاب شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و اطلاعات از تحلیل کیفی وکدگذاری مصاحبه‌ها بانرم افزار مکس‌کیودا (MAXQDA) استفاده شد.نتایج پژوهش درمورد مولفه‌های موثر در ایجاد مدیریت تحول آفرین شهری بااستفاده از کدگذاری‌ها منجر به شناسایی 36 مفهوم در قالب کدگذاری باز، 13 مقوله محوری و مولفه فرعی در قالب کدگذاری محوری، 3 مقوله انتخابی ومولفه اصلی در قالب کدگذاری انتخابی شد. بر اساس کدگذاری‌های صورت گرفته مولفه‌های موثر در ایجاد مدیریت تحول آفرین شهری اهواز شامل سه مولفه کلی ( تعامل و رهبری،فرایندهای توسعه‌ای و آینده نگری و نوآوری مدیران و شهروندان) می-باشند.نتایج مولفه‌های خرد نیز نشان داد که 13 مولفه خردمهم وجود دارد که مهمترین آنها مشارکت فراگیر شهروندان، شبکه سازی، آگاهی رسانی به شهروندان، رهبری در سطوح مختلف انسانی و جغرافیایی درکلان‌شهر اهواز هستند. | ||

| management is referred to as transformative management or transformative leadership.Urban transformative management is a dynamic management with the participation of all urban stakeholders and at different levels of urban development, which aims to address challenges and create positive urban changes through the collaboration of urban managers and residents.This type of management has various components.The purpose of this study is to identify the effective components in creating urban transformative management in the metropolitan city of Ahvaz.The present research is applied in terms of purpose and is part of qualitative methods and grounded theory in terms of the method of implementationThe data collection tool was structured interviews.The statistical population included urban managers and plannersin the metropolitan city of Ahvaz. 15 experts were selected for interviews through purposive sampling and theoretical saturation.For data analysis, qualitative analysis and interview coding were used with theMAXQDA software. The research results regarding the effective components in creating urban transformative management led tothe identification of 36 concepts in the formof open coding, 13 core categories and subcategories in the form ofaxial coding, and 3 selective categories and main components in the form of selective coding.Based on the codings, the effective components increating urban transformative management inAhvaz include three main components (interaction and leadership, development processes, and futureorientation and innovationof managers andcitizens)The resultsof the minorcomponents also showed that thereare13 important minor components,the most important of which are the comprehensive participation of citizens, networking, raising awareness of citizens, and leadership at different human and geographical levels inthe metropolitan city ofAhvaz. | ||
