| هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی ویژگیهای روان‌سنجی مقیاس افسردگی کوتچر نوجوانان (فرم 11 سؤالی) با به‌کارگیری تحلیل عاملی تأییدی بود. حجم نمونه موردنظر شامل 400 دانش‌آموز مقطع راهنمایی و دبیرستان که 200 نفر از آن‌ها دختر و 200 نفر پسر بودند و با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای از بین مدارس شهر تهران انتخاب شد. برای محاسبه روایی همگرا و واگرا همزمان با اجرای مقیاس، از ابزارهای افسردگی نوجوانان رادز، مقیاس افسردگی کودکان، مقیاس ناامیدی کودکان و نوجوانان و مقیاس خودکارآمدی استفاده شد. جهت بررسی ساختار عاملی تأییدی مرتبه اول مقیاس افسردگی کودکان و نوجوانان کوتچر از روش برآورد کم‌ترین مقدار مجذورات وزن‌دار (WLS) و برای ارزیابی کفایت برازش مدل با داده‌ها از شاخص‌های RMR، RMSEA، CFI، AGFI، GFI، 2c، /df2c و 2Dc استفاده گردید. ساختار عاملی مقیاس افسردگی کوتچر نوجوانان با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. بررسی ضرایب همبستگی نشان داد که مقیاس افسردگی کوتچر نوجوانان با مقیاسهای افسردگی رادز، افسردگی کودکان و ناامیدی کودکان و نوجوانان رابطه مثبت معنادار و با مقیاس خودکارآمدی نوجوانان رابطه منفی معنادار دارد که این رابطه بیانگر روایی همگرا و روایی واگرای این ابزار میباشد. ساختار عاملی مرتبه اول مقیاس افسردگی کوتچر نوجوانان برازش بهتری با داده‌های مشاهده شده نشان داد. ساختار عاملی تأییدی، اعتبار و روایی مقیاس افسردگی کوتچر نوجوانان برای کاربردهای پژوهشی و بالینی در حد قابل قبول میباشد. | ||

| The purpose of the present study was to investigate primary psychometric properties of the Kutcher adolescents depression (11 KADS) scale in adolescents between the age of 11 and 19, using factor analysis. A sample of 400 students -200 males –was selected through cluster sampling from amongst high – and middle school students in Tehran. In order to measure the divergent/ convergent validity, at the same time with RADS adolescent depression, Children Depression Inventory, children’s hopelssness and adolescent’s sef –efficacy scale were distributed. To measter the first –time analysis of confirmatory factor structure of the Kutcher adolescents depression scale, the WLS metod was utilized, while for evaluating the adequacy of the model the following indices were used: (RMR, RMSEA, CFI, IGFI, GFI,…) the factor stracture of the Kutcher adolescent’s depression conscale was affirmed using confirmatory factor analysis. An analysis of correlation coefficients revealed that the Kutcher adolescent’s depression scale had a meaningful positive relation with the RADS adolescent depression, Children Depression Inventory, children’s hopelessness and a meaningful negative relation with the scale of self-efficacy, which indicates a convergent and divergent for KADS. The first-time factor structure of the scale of Kutcher adolescents’ depression scale showed a better validity with the displayed data. The confirmatory factor structure and validity of the scale of Kutcher adolescent’s depression scale were relatively acceptable for research purposes and clinical diagnosis. | ||
