| چکیده استان ایلام یکی از محرومترین نقاط کشور است که علاوه بر توجه ویژۀ دولت، نیازمند مشارکت واقعی عموم مردم در فرایند توسعه و محرومیتزدایی است. البته مشارکت مردم در فرایند توسعه، خود، تحت تأثیر عواملی چون سرمایه نهادی است. از این منظر، هدف این پژوهش، شناخت و تحلیل تأثیر سرمایه نهادی بر رویهای شدن مشارکت مردم در توسعه منطقه ایلام است. روش تحقیق، کمی و ابزار اصلی گردآوری دادههای تحقیق، پرسشنامه بوده است. دادههای تحقیقبه کمک نرمافزار SPSS و با استفاده از آمارههای توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتهاند. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کارشناسان بخشهای عمرانی و فنی شاغل در ادارات و نهادهای دولتی استان ایلام است. حجم نمونه به تعداد 130 نفر با بهرهگیری از روش نمونهگیری سهمیهای بهدست آمده است. اعتبار تحقیق، صوری و پایایی پرسشنامه تحقیق بر مبنای محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (869/0) بهدست آمده است. یافتههای تحقیق نشان میدهد که از هفت شاخص سرمایه نهادی، سه شاخص تعامل جمعی نهادها با سطوح بالاتر با میزان بتای برابر با (263/0)، آگاهی نهادها از شرایط منطقه با میزان بتای برابر با (240/0) و قوانین مناسب با میزان بتای برابر با (177/0)، بیشترین تأثیر را بر متغیر وابسته یعنی رویهای شدن مشارکت مردم در توسعه منطقه ایلام داشتهاند. | ||

| Abstract Ilam Province is one of the most deprived areas of the country, which in addition to the special attention of the governmen, It requires real publicparticipation in the process of development and poverty alleviation. Cetrtainly, people's participation in the process of development is influenced by a number of factors such as institutional capital.From this perspective, the present research aims to identify and analyze the impact of institutional capital on routinization of people's participation in development of Ilam region. The research method was quantitative and the mian tool for collecting data was questionnaire. The study has used SPSS software and also descriptive and inferential statistical techniques for data analysis. Statistical population of the research includes experts who work in technical and constructive departments of governmental offices and institutions of Ilam Province. A sample of 130 people was selected using quotasampling method. For determining validity of the questionnaire, method of face validity was used and the reliability of questionnaire was assessed by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0/896). The results show that among seven indicators of institutional capital, the three of collective interaction of institutions with higher levels with a beta equal to 0/263, awareness of institutions of local conditions with a beta equal to 0/240, and appropriate laws with a beta equal to 0/177, has had the greatest impact on the dependent variable, i.e. routinization of people's participation in development of Ilam region. | ||
