مقدمه: هدف مطالعه حاضر اثربخشی آموزش نوروفیدبک در بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی توجه و انعطافپذیری شناختی در دانشجویان ورزشکار بود. روش: بدین منظور 40 دانشجوی پسر رشته تربیت بدنی دانشگاه خوارزمی به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 20 نفری جایگزین شدند. گروه اول به عنوان گروه آزمایش، 16 جلسه آموزش نوروفیدبک (2 جلسه در هفته) دریافت کردند و گروه دوم (گواه) هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل آزمون رایانهای توجه استروپ پیچیده و آزمون رایانهای انعطافپذیری شناختی ویسکانسین بود. دادههای حاصل از پژوهش با روش تحلیل کواریانس تک متغیری و چند متغیری و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss.19 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که گروه آزمایش دارای برتری به لحاظ آماری (01/0p | ||

Introduction: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of neurofeedback education in improving the performance of attention and cognitive flexibility in athletic students. Method: To this end, 40 male students of physical education at Kharazmi University were randomly assigned to two groups of 20. The first group received 16 sessions of neurofeedback training (2 sessions per week) as the experimental group, and the second group (control) received no intervention. The research tools consisted of the Stroop Attention Computer Test and the Wisconsin Cognitive Flexibility Computer Test.
