چکیده | ||
هدف اصلی این پژوهش، مدلیابی اثربخشی منابع اطلاعاتی و کانالهای ارتباطی بر رفتار عملیات مناسب کشاورزی (GAP) در راستای توسعه پایدار باغات مرکبات استان مازندران بود. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و جامعه آماری آن شامل 122361 باغدار مرکبات در روستاهای مربوط به 12 شهرستان استان مازندران بود. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران به تعداد 290 نفر تعیین گردید و نمونهگیری به روش طبقهای تصادفی با انتساب متناسب انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامهای بوده که روایی (صوری و محتوایی) آن بر اساس نظر جمعی از کارشناسان کشاورزی پایدار، اعضای هیأت علمی گروه ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی و گروه مدیریت و توسعه کشاورزی دانشگاه تهران تأیید گردید و روایی تشخیصی با استفاده از شاخص میانگین واریانس استخراجشده و پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ و نیز پایایی ترکیبی تأیید گردید. برای تبیین اثرگذاری و اثرپذیری منابع اطلاعاتی-ارتباطی و رفتار عملیات مناسب کشاورزی از یکدیگر از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با نرمافزار لیزرل نسخه 8.80 استفاده گردیده است. مطابق یافتهها منابع و کانالهای شفاهی و چهره به چهره، منابع و کانالهای نوشتاری، منابع و کانالهای دیداری- شنیداری، منابع و کانالهای مجازی و الکترونیکی قادرند 66% از واریانس بهکارگیری GAP در توسعه پایدار باغات را تبیین نمایند. داشتن اطلاعات کافی در مورد فناوری، باغداران را به تصمیمگیری بهینه و مناسب جهت پذیرش فناوری پایدار قادر می سازد. ازاینرو پیشنهاد میشود ایجاد بانکهای اطلاعاتی و بهرهگیری از کانالهای ارتباطی حضوری از کارشناسان و فروشندگان نهادههای کشاورزی خبره و متخصص، کارکنان ترویج، خدمات مشاورهای بخش خصوصی، امکان استفاده بیشتر باغداران از منابع اطلاعاتی معتبر با توجه به نیازها و ضرورتها و سطحبندی آموزش بهصورت عمومی و تخصصی در فناوریهای GAP برای باغداران موردتوجه قرار گیرد. | ||

The main purpose of this study was to investigate Modeling of Effectiveness Information resources and communication channels on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) behavior for Sustainable Development of Citrus Gardens in Mazandaran Province. Population consisted of all citrus farmers in the villages of 12 county of Mazandaran province, a sample of 290 farmers was selected by using proportional random sampling method among 122361 citrus Orchard man. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire. Validity of questionnaire was determined through sustainable agriculture experts of Mazandaran County and some faculty members at University of Tehran, Department of Agricultural Extension and Education, Agricultural Management and Development. The reliability was found to be acceptable. Diagnostic validity with using an average variance extracted (AVE) and reliability with using Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability (CR) was confirmed. To explain the Effectiveness from Methods factor analysis and structural equation modeling with LISREL software, version 8.80 has been used. According to findings, oral and facial resources and channels, written sources and channels, visual-audio sources and channels, virtual and electronic resources and channels can explain 66% of variance of GAP application in sustainable development of gardens. Sufficient information about technology citrus orchardist will enable to make optimum decisions for the adoption of sustainable technology. It is therefore suggested establishing databases and using face to face communication channels of extension agents and agricultural inputs distributors and experts, extension staff, consultancy services of private sector, more gardeners' use of information resources with reliable information regard to needs and necessities and leveling up special and public education in GAP technologies for gardeners have been considered. | ||
