چکیده | ||
هدف تحقیق طراحی مدل اینرسی سازمانی در فدراسیون های ورزشی کشور بود. جامعه آماری کلیه کارکنان فدراسیون های ورزشی بود (1852=N). این تحقیق جز تحقیقات آمیخته(کیفی و کمی) قرار می گیرد. در بخش کیفی، از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و تکنیک نمونه گیری گلوله برفی استفاده و در بخش کمی نیز بر اساس جدول مورگان 350 نفر به عنوان نمونه به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. بهمنظور مطالعه اهداف پژوهش در بخش کیفی از مصاحبههای نیمه ساختار یافته و در بخش کمی نیز از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سکون سازمانی حاصل از بخش کیفی استفاده شد. از نظر اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و متخصصان امر برای تأیید روایی صوری و از معادلات ساختاری و پایایی پرسشنامه با اجرای آزمایشی بر روی 30 نفر از اعضای جامعه تحقیق و محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تائید شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از بستههای آماری SPSS و آموس نسخه 23 استفاده شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که سکون سازمانی در فدراسیونهای ورزشی کشور متشکل از 7 بعد، 18 مؤلفه و 55 گویه است و اختلاف معنی داری بین میانگین های مشاهده شده و فرضی اینرسی سازمانی، ابعاد اینرسی سازمانی و نیز مؤلفههای اینرسی سازمانی به غیر از مؤلفه مدل های ذهنی وجود دارد در نهایت یافتهها نشان داد که الگوی سکون سازمانی به دست آمده از برازش مناسب برخوردار است. توجه به عوامل شناسایی شده در این مدل کمک میکند تا مدیران فدراسیونهای ورزشی ضمن توجه به این الگو و یافتهها، از سکون و اینرسی در سازمان خود جلوگیری کنند. | ||

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship The purpose of this study was to design an organizational inertia model in the country's sports federations. The statistical population was all employees of sports federations (N = 1852) . In the qualitative part, purposive sampling method and snowball sampling technique were used and in the quantitative part, based on Morgan table, 350 people were selected as a sample by simple random sampling method. In order to study the objectives of the research, semi-structured interviews were used in the qualitative part and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire of organizational inertia obtained from the qualitative part was used. In the opinion of sports management professors and experts to confirm the face validity and structural equations and reliability of the questionnaire was performed experimentally on 30 members of the research community and the calculation of Cronbach's alpha coefficient was confirmed. SPSS and Amos version 23 statistical packages were used to analyze the data. The results showed that organizational inertia in sports federations of the country consists of 7 dimensions, 18 components and 55 items and there is a significant difference between the observed and hypothetical means of organizational inertia (t = 11.99), dimensions of organizational inertia and There are components of organizational inertia other than the component of mental models (P <0.01). Finally, the findings showed that the obtained model of organizational inertia has a good fit.. | ||
