چکیده | ||
هدف این پژوهش تعیین رابطه ویژگی های شخصیتی با مدیریت تحول با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی تفکر استراتژیک در مدیران اماکن ورزشی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را کلیه مدیران اماکن ورزشی شهر تهران تشکیل میدهند. بر اساس فرمول نمونهگیری کوکران بدون حجم جامعه 384 نفر از مدیران اماکن ورزشی شهر تهران بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. بهمنظور جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه مقیاس کوتاه پنج بعد شخصیت؛ پرسشنامه استاندارد مدیریت تحول کاستگلیون (2002) و پرسشنامه تفکر استراتژیک منوریان و همکاران (1391) استفاده شد. بهمنظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه و از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری(SEM) برای تعیین روابط خطی همزمان بین متغیرها استفاده گردید. یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد که «ویژگیهای شخصیتی» با «تفکر استراتژیک» و «مدیریت تحول» در سطح 05/0=α ارتباط معنیداری دارد. در مدل نهایی تحقیق نشان داده شد که ویژگیهای شخصیتی با ضریب مسیر(50/0pc=) بر تفکر استراتژیک و با ضریب مسیر(62/0pc=) بر مدیریت تحول دارای اثر مستقیم بوده و تفکر استراتژیک نیز با ضریب مسیر(51/0pc=) بر مدیریت تحول اثر مستقیم دارد. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق میتوان نتیجهگیری نمود که ویژگیهای شخصیتی مدیران اماکن ورزشی نقشی به همراه تفکر استراتژیک میتواند تغییرات و تحولات مطلوب را در امکان ورزشی به وجود آورد. ازاینرو توصیه میشود مدیران اماکن ورزشی بر تفکر سیستمی و سازگاری بهعنوان مهمترین مؤلفههای اثرگذار بر مدیریت تحول تأکید بیشتری داشته باشند. | ||

The aim of this study was determination of the Relationships of personality treaties and change management with mediator’s role of strategic thinking on sport facility managers in Tehran. Statistical population was whole of sport facility managers. Based on Cochran’s formula sample comprise 384 sport facility managers. In order to collection data Short - scale questionnaire BIG-five dimensions of personality, Change management questionnaire, and strategic thinking questionnaire were use. Descriptive statistics, multiple regression and SEM for data analysis were use. Data analysis revealed that there are a significant relationship between personality treaties with strategic thinking and change management in s sport facility managers (p < 0.05). Also there is a significant relationship between strategic thinking and change management (p < 0.05). Results of SEM showed that personality treaties has direct effect on strategic thinking (pc=0.50) and change management (pc=0.62). Also strategic think has direct effect on change management (pc=0.51). According to result, can be concluded that personality treaties of sport managers with strategic thinking can cause favorable changes in sport Facilities. Therefore it is recommended that sport managers focus on systems thinking and Agreeableness as the most important factors affecting the change management. | ||
